Staff is fantastic and wait time is practically nonexistent. I highly recommend the Towson/Lutherville location for all imaging needs.

My appointment was seamless. Check-in took a few minutes and I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. I waited approximately twenty minutes before I was called back to the imaging room and the procedure took about an hour.

It took a very long time to get the approval for my imaging and I had to call a couple times but did get in. The tech was very nice and professional and did a good job however she smelled very strongly of cigarettes. This is not what I want when I go to a medical facility!

The experience was very fast and pleasant. The staff were very professional. My only recommendation would be for who ever is doing the scan to call out 15 min lefts, 10 min left. Other than that it was a very good experience.

Your staff at the Belona location are outstanding. They are professional knowledgeable,Friendly and quick. Cathy Alexis and Tamika were wonderful in processing me for my sonogram. These women are a great asset to the Chesapeake imaging Corporation.Thank you.

I was told the time would be short but I would probably not wanna come back to have that procedure done again but I got through it and the other one that he wanted me to do so I’m done for now and I hope he can find out something for me to help me because I don’t want my medication to be the total focus of what’s happening to my constipation in total because of the seriousness of my back trouble and degenerative disc disease names of the problems on my back then I don’t even understand next stop he going to walk bone doctor in more pain management and maybe even back to a chiropractor are used to help me in the early days almost 50 years ago to 40 years ago but this young lady did what she had to do to get the MRI done and I did what I had to do to be prepped for the test now I have to get ready to pay for this and The other tests that the doctor ordered so I’ll let him read through those two first before he recommends more test because he only read one so far and I’ve had wo

My experience was excellent. The receptionist was very nice and organized and the MRI technologist was very professional. They gave me a Cd to take to my physician . Excellent customer service.

Tamika was very pleasant. A very difficult appointment, medical diagnosis can be overwhelming. Racheal was very considerate, also. You loose a star for #1 zip 21093 is NOT Towson, very confusing for GPS #2 Better signage for windows since they face the parking. One is inclined to try to enter on wrong side of building. Thank you everyone.

Very efficient office and technical staff. The experience at the office was pleasant. Still awaiting the results, but that may be dependent on Dr. Song at Hopkins. It was a bit difficult to locate the site, being unfamiliar to that part of Baltimore. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
