The staff at this location was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the technicians. The only issue I had was that it took longer than I was advised for my report to come back, leading to scrambling for information for an appointment I was told I could schedule. However, whenever I called to ask questions about this the two people I spoke with were extremely patient and kind and helped lessen my stress a bit ensuring they would make sure it was handled prior to my appointment.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is the only place to go for your imaging needs. They are kind, caring, professional. Now that I’ve found them, I’ll never use anyone else!

Very empathetic, very patient. There was one major problem though that was no fault of the tech. The earplugs were totally inadequate even when coupled with the headphones. My own earplugs from Walmart are much more effective. When the tech asked me if I was good once inside the machine, she sounded like she almost as clear and loud as when I had nothing in my ears. I said "good" anyway because the scan was only going to take 10 minutes. Basically, it would have been much quieter if I put my fingers in my ears. Just something to consider.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get my x-rays scheduled very quickly. Once I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long so the whole experience was quick and comfortable

I have had MRI's previously although this is the first time I have come to Chesapeake Imaging. My experience was smooth and uneventful. The office was clean and the receptionist, very professional.

I had a great experience. Crystal, at the Towson/Lutherville location helped me so much while I was waiting for approval from my insurance company and trying to schedule my MRI. She was so calm and professional, yet friendly and available for multiple calls back and forth. She greatly helped smooth the process. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. The actual MRI was great. I will go back to that location for my next MRI, without a doubt.

I had just left the Dr. & needed an X-ray! Spoke with Sandy & as she gathered some needed info she set up the Appt for as soon as I could get there! Arrived….checked in….got the X-ray & on my way! Very professional & pleasant!

The moment I got here the employees were so empathetic to my concern about the machine. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Ms. Sandie was wonderful and everyone in the back.

I am in a wheelchair and dependent on my wife to help me. However, the staff at the Lutherville office were most accommodating and helpful, especially Rene. She is friendly, concerned and competent in her actions. I appreciate all that she has done to help me.
