From the minute I walked in until the end of my appointment my experience was great.! Everyone at Chesapeake was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was taken back for my MRI 15 minutes after arriving. Everyone was efficient and pleasant. I will definitely return for all MRI’s as I need them every six months. I left Chesapeake extremely happy with everyone.

They are always so nice here, especially as someone who gets nervous with tests. They make it smooth, easy and are very calming. I don't go anywhere else for my tests!!

They were able to get me scheduled quickly. My wait in the in the waiting room was not long at all. Everyone from the front desk folks and especially the imaging technician was pleasant and professional. I like to especially thank the imaging technician, she took her time to explain the procedure and process to me and made me feel really comfortable. Great experience overall!!!

The staff at this location was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the technicians. The only issue I had was that it took longer than I was advised for my report to come back, leading to scrambling for information for an appointment I was told I could schedule. However, whenever I called to ask questions about this the two people I spoke with were extremely patient and kind and helped lessen my stress a bit ensuring they would make sure it was handled prior to my appointment.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is the only place to go for your imaging needs. They are kind, caring, professional. Now that I’ve found them, I’ll never use anyone else!

Very empathetic, very patient. There was one major problem though that was no fault of the tech. The earplugs were totally inadequate even when coupled with the headphones. My own earplugs from Walmart are much more effective. When the tech asked me if I was good once inside the machine, she sounded like she almost as clear and loud as when I had nothing in my ears. I said "good" anyway because the scan was only going to take 10 minutes. Basically, it would have been much quieter if I put my fingers in my ears. Just something to consider.

I have had MRI's previously although this is the first time I have come to Chesapeake Imaging. My experience was smooth and uneventful. The office was clean and the receptionist, very professional.
