Efficient and friendly. Went in for an MRI. Everything was clearly explained so I knew what to expect, and they checked in with me regularly while I was in the machine to make sure I was comfortable.

My visit was an amazing experience. I came into the office in a lot of pain. Steve is amazing and walked me through the entire proccess of getting my MRI. I am big on customer service and I must say the staff goes above and beyond. I definitely felt God's presence in that office Thank you Steve for your compassion and kindness.

Karen was exceptional. I was a little nervous but once she put the camera on my head, I lost it. She was so sweet and very understanding when I said I couldn't do the scan. She suggested I come back after talking to my doctor. Prayerfully tomorrow I will be able to make it all the way through.
