I visited the new Fulton / Maple Lawn imaging location. The staff [Steve - Lab Tech, Liz - front-desk Support Staff] were very courteous and accommodating of my needs. I am very happy that I went here. Steve was excellent in his attentiveness and help. When you are getting an MRI, it's very difficult to hear while you are in the chamber. He was always providing the correct cues to help guide the next steps on what to expect. And Liz was very quick in setting up the schedule and making sure that the benefits cleared up quickly. Keep up the excellent work that you both - Steve and Liz are doing! The facility was very clean. Clean bathrooms. Easy parking. I would highly recommend this place.

I had my first MRI done today and was a little nervous due to some claustrophobic tendencies but the tech Steve was so calming. He was super personable, explained what I needed to do, and has a genuinely kind demeanor. I felt very relaxed during the whole process. I didn't catch the name of the front desk staff member but she was also super sweet!

I just had an MRI done at Chesapeake Radiology a week ago. I walked down the hall from my doctor's office and they took me right in with no appointment. I was shocked! They weren't busy at the time and I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Steven was the technician who did the MRI and I can't say enough about him. As other reviewers have said, he was patient, kind funny and very thorough. He checked on me often and told me how much time was left every so often. He made me feel so relaxed. I will only go to this place from now on for all my imaging!

I concur with all the good reviews. The checkin process was a snap since I had already sent the documents via my phone. The staff (Elizabeth) at the checkin desk was so nice and the tech (Steve) was awesome. It was quick and efficient. No waiting. I highly recommend this location.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with this facility. The scheduling process on the phone was a breeze and I was able to get my imaging completed the same day. Majority of the check-in process was completed over the phone and so I was taken right back when I arrived. I was a little nervous about the MRI tube and if I would feel claustrophobic but the tech that was working with me was so good at maximizing comfort that I honestly never even thought about it. He was the best part of the whole process to be honest. I felt cared about and even though it was a long test, he checked in with me every few minutes and really made me feel like my comfort was his top priority. The facility was clean, there was a place to safely lock up my belongings, and again, my techs interest in details like making sure I had a blanket or playing music I like was so very nice. I don't ever want to go anywhere else after this experience. I'd rate my experience higher if I could. Well done!

We had a great experience at CMI in Fulton. We usually go to Annapolis, but they had an opening at Fulton and I am so glad we went. It is much smaller than Annapolis and everyone we talked to was so pleasant and helpful. Steve was wonderful and made the experience such a positive one. Definitely the best MRI experience we have had!

EXCEPTIONAL! From check-in through the imaging process... Excellent customer service all around. The technician kept checking on me, explaining how long each segment of the imaging would take, and making sure I was OK the entire time. I was greeted with a smile and genuine warmth when I walked in the door to check-in. I will use this facility for all my imaging needs going forward. The service is unmatched.

The MRI/ CAT Tech (Steven) is PHENOMEMAL this is the only location I will go to. It's clean, the team is very professional, and the location is great - right off 29 South! And if you have any issues with claustrophobia their MRI machine is 1 of the largest w/o having to wait 2+ weeks to get an Appmt for an "open MRI machine!!!!"

Technologist Steven was very kind and attentive during the whole process. I had two back to back MRI’s that morning and he made it very easy. The facility was clean and I appreciated listening to music the whole time. The scheduling was great and Liz made everything simple. Would definitely make the drive to go back there if anything else was ordered.

I was concerned but the technician put me at complete ease and the process seamless. I was totally anxious but because of my wonderful technician I actually felt like I was at the spa, something I thought I would never say. Thank you Steve and Chesapeake Medical Imaging!
