Very capable staff. This was my first visit to Chesapeake Imaging. The staff took my information, the X-ray techs did what they had to do and I was on my way. Everyone was very pleasant.

It was a very smooth and easy appointment at the Glen Burnie office, which I had made earlier the same day. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested for 2 CT scans. It took very little time to complete the forms since I had uploaded my insurance cards and driver's license online, and the forms were pre-populated with this info. (A lot of doctors' offices don't do that.) I was taken to the CT room within 5 minutes, and the scans were completed a few minutes after that. Everyone was very pleasant. I was in the building for only 20 minutes or so!

I have been here 3 times in the last month. Each time has been a good experience. The staff is professional and efficient. Even when an IV wouldn't take, the staff worked to get the job done.

More snacks are need for Diabetics! My blood sugar should have bee tested before I left. My blood sugar was very low when I left. I had some snacks in my vehicle.

I found everyone friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the care and information that Ivory, my tech for the whole experience, gave me throughout, so I would know what to expect. The facility is new, bright and sunny, as are the people. Finding it gave me a bit of trouble, as it is tucked away, not visible from the road. When Waze told me to turn right I thought it meant at the light which was also right there. But I did re-trace my steps, and finally found it. I arrived thirty minutes early and they took me in early! So that was nice of them. I didn't expect them to. Overall, I thought everyone did a professional job, while being very pleasant and helpful and kind to patients. I highly recommend this facility.
