Fantastic. Front desk staff was professional, efficient, and very helpful. Tech staff did a great job at administering needed contrast media, explained the entire process in detail making sure you understood it all, and really made you feel comfortable. A+ ratings all around for this location.

Excellent! Everything happened on schedule and the administrative and clinical staff were great. My only nitpick was having to complete the online questionnaire after having completed it just a couple months ago for an earlier procedure.

We always use Chesapeake Imaging for all our scans and X-rays etc. The staff is always kind, accommodating and professional. Please don’t change!

I had a CT scan done yesterday. I have had all my imaging needs filled at Chesapeake since I moved to Maryland in 2020. I have ALWAYS been very satisfied with their services. The staff are cordial, courteous, professional and on time! My doctors have always been happy with the imaging product they receive. And, I was able to establish a portal page through Chesapeake so I can also access the reports that are sent to my doctors. Waht more can you ask for than that!

Very easy check in process. Waiting area is very comfortable and bright. The staff are all very friendly. My scan was very quick and the whole process from start to finish with little wait time was about 1/2 hr. Having a patient portal is very helpful as well.

I stopped in to make appointments for 3 procedures: Xray, MRI, Bone Scan. Needing an open MRI w/ contrast & xray hopefully on same day took some finagling in your system, but I was able to get same day appointment & future 1st appointment possible for bone scanning (Annapolis office)
Karen- greeted me, discussed my needs & options for locations & times & made sure I had an open MRI & 1st available appointments- She was very patient. Apologetic for the time it took, and friendly throughout the entire appointment process. I'm glad I came in person to make my appointments considering there were so many things needed & they had to be done in a certain order. Made stopping in the best decision I could've made!

My technician for the procedure was fantastic, having a virtual colonoscopy isn’t the most pleasant thing but she made this procedure more comfortable than previous technicians
