Desk staff members were efficient and responsive to questions. My assigned clinical staff member was professional, kind and prompt and he explained things well.

I had to get two types of imaging done-a CT Scan and Bone Imaging Scan. The treatment by the Chesapeake
staff could not have been better. They were courteous,caring, thoughtful and professional. They let me know what was going to be done at each step, so that I would not feel just "worked on" but "worked with". I would highly recommend Chesapeake Imaging to anyone who is need of this kind of service.

PET/CT Scan- Staff was efficient and welcoming. Technicians answered every question or concern and kept me informed of the process and where we were in it.
The equipment used in my procedure was "open" and not confining at all.
One mis-communication between myself and the technician prior to the appointment was that the procedure would last about 3 hours.
The reality is that the procedure time in the PET/CT Scanner was less than 20 minutes in two sessions including prep time.
The other time was to allow the injected materials to circulate through the body. We were free to leave the office, have lunch and return for the second session.
I would return to this firm if required after a less than favorable appointment at another un-connected facility.

Very efficient operation. I called midday and I got an appointment for 3:30 pm the same day. They gave me information to set up a portal account and the report will be sent the next day.

It was easy to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The wait time was very short in the Glen Burnie location and the staff is extremely caring and polite.
