CMI always handled my routine mammograms perfectly and professionally. A recent experience shows that they set a very high standard for follow-up care: I moved to Portugal three years ago, and a lump was discovered that required intervention. I was able to follow up with Dr. Williams in Easton to review the films during a visit to the US, and she very kindly took me through both the images generated by CMI on previous visits, in comparison to the images from Portugal on the CD I brought with me. Just having a doctor offer a second opinion, show chronology and answer my questions (in my own language, as I speak conversational and not medical Portuguese!) was so reassuring. A special thank you to Dr. Williams and to Jessica in the scheduling department, who went to great lengths to schedule me with limited availability.

Unfortunately for me I had to get two MRI’s done. From the front desk to the scanning process, everyone is a pleasure to deal with. I’m not a fan of the machine and the techs were both very sweet and understanding.

This place takes great care of the patients that need imaging done. I always feel confident that I am being handled by the utmost professionals whenever I have to visit. Unfortunately, I have been there way too much this year but each experience is nothing less than 5 star care!

I would highly recommend the Easton location to anyone. The staff was very friendly. The lady who did my imaging was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very fast service my appointment was at 10 I was done in 15 minutes.

Very pleasant radiology technician!! She was very talkative during my mammogram, thus making my visit less awkward and seemingly quick!!! I also enjoyed the Breast Cancer Awareness gift bag that I received afterwards!! Getting a mammogram is never fun but this time it was at least tolerable!!

The reception staff was very good. They were professional and very kind. Wait time was good, maybe 5 min. The Tech was very professional, kind and explained things well. The main issue I had was a BIG one. I had my test done on Thursday morning and did not find out results until Tuesday afternoon. When I called Monday afternoon they let me know that the doctor hasn't read the results yet. I was brushed off with them letting me know that it could take up to 72 hrs. My surgeon even called the office to see if they could get results without any help. Other tests and surgery depended on this result.

Nice medical facility, friendly reception, with a comfortable waiting area. Professional and competent service by the medical technician doing my test. The test results were posted within two hours of my departure. I will go there again if the occasion occurs.
