Staff is Always soo nice!!! Dr Williams is thorough ! Heather who does all the CT & MRI Scans is amazing! Corrine who does the Mammograms is amazing as well! The entire staff goes above and beyond! They really care and take care of you!!

One of the tall brunette women was pretty rude to me and then left me sitting in what it seemed to be a closet for 30 minutes with no explanation until I asked. Not a great first experience.

My most recent visit to CMI was just as expected, based on prior visits. Upon entering the building I was acknowledged immediately and asked to wait just a few moments while they finished up with other patients. Paperwork was minimal and completed in just a few minutes. I was asked to take a seat and told that someone would be with me shortly. I was having a mammogram, which I had not had since Covid started. The tech was friendly and peasant as we walked together to the room where the imaging would be completed. The imaging was done professionally and quickly. When that was done I was shown the way out until I reminded them that I had an order for thyroid imaging in addition to the mammogram. Another tech took me to a room across the hall from where the mammogram had been completed. The tech asked me to lie down on the table, which I did, The tech did the imaging, which only took a few minutes, and, I was on my way. I have requested that my PCP schedule all my imaging at CMI after my first imaging completed there, and she has been doing it. I heartily recommend CMI (though I almost don't want to cause a lot more people go there, making everything slow down). Elaine Shortall
