The lab, office staff and technicians were great. WE were a tad late arriving because my husband is still in a walker and needs both hips replaced (after lumbar surgery this summer) so moves VERY slowly. They fit him back into the schedule and even did my CT calcium scan, which was scheduled for the next day. The biggest issue I had was that I was also scheduled for a mammogram, which could not be guaranteed to be done today 12/20 because the engineer was repairing your machine so it had to be rescheduled.

I was very impressed by the staff at Chesapeake Medical Imaging. From the front desk to the technician who took my UltraSound they all were so caring and friendly. Many thanks to all of them!

The staff was efficient, prompt and courteous.
I did my registration online and they had it. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be called by the technician...who was helpful, informed me about the procedure and offered assistance and clear instructions.

The imaging staff at the Easton location was absolutely wonderful. My Dad is in a wheelchair and we needed a lot of assistance. The ladies had every single logistical detail worked out and made us feel comfortable and taken care off. Many thanks to Emily.

I had two procedures at your facility and both were very positive. Rebecca, who did my ultrasound of my abdomen was absolutely professional. Wonderful! And it filled almost like a spa. She was so gracious. Korean who did my mammograms was also very very kind and explained things very well. I had a very memorable experience there and would recommend this facility to everyone.

Excellent. Sign in was seamless. The staff person doing that was warm and welcoming. The procedure was done by a very capable, caring , and knowledgeable person who was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. She went out of her way to be helpful.

They were courteous and my wait was nonexistent. I sat down,grabbed a magazine, and flipped three pages and was called. The tech was so knowledgeable of her job and made the test easy and fast. Will definitely go back if needed.
