The radiologist, Melanie, was exceptional, efficient & personable.
The receptionist was not. She, don't know her name, dirty blonde hair, kept rubbing her nose touching her face, & scratching her head. She wrote something on a pot it note for me, then held it in her mouth while she finished typing. There was a billing issue, & she was less than pleasant, & there entire reception time was over 35 minutes. I asked her to use the hand sanitizer before she handed the paperwork, & she did a 1 second wipe. I was very surprised at her lack of hygiene awareness.
The two other receptionists were very pleasant & efficient with the many patients they helped while I stood waiting there.
It's always been a great place to have imaging done.
I hope this receptionist finds work elsewhere, not in public service.

The Staff, from Reception to Technician/ologist to Doctors, All make me feel very special. No delays, no sitting on the phone, no anything that can add to anxiety already being possibly felt. The care is top notch. I wish this experience could be replicated in other offices where I've been getting care. Chesapeake Medical Imaging exhibits the Gold Standard. No, I'm not related to any of the staff or paid to write this; this is from the heart and I thank all of the staff.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Emily did a fantastic job. She explained everything that she was going to do and even explained how I might feel after the injection. She asked me if I had questions and made sure that I was comfortable.

I had a routine CT scan. My experience was that the entire staff from the front desk and the radiology technicians were super friendly and competent. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I arrived at 8:00 a m. for my 8:15 appointment. Was told I did not have an appointment, just an order. Was asked if at the hospital. I pulled out the note given to me by my primary with the date,time & where. The receptionist was very nice said she would go in the back & explain & see if they could work me in, which they did & Tracy who did my testing (around 9:00) was great.

Texts/emails give an opportunity to check in prior to arrival. Staff is efficient at greeting and performing whatever additional check in is required. Minimum wait to be seen. Technician is super nice and very efficient. Recommend highly.
