great Service they got me in for an appt the same day I went . Very Clean facility and friendly helpful staff,Highly recommend. this is the only place I go when I need these type of Imaging done.

Both persons in the facility were professional and friendly. Both introduced themselves; told me what to expect with MRI; and answered questions. Karen, the MRI tech, made me feel very safe. In the past I had a brief issue with clostraphobia-good news this was feet first. Also I have lived in Catonsville of r 30+ years and never new their was a radiology facility. Seems to be a well kept secret. Maybe a plan to advertise is in order. Thanks for a good experience.

The staff was very pleasant and kind. They provided earplugs and headphones with your choice of music to help make the experience more comfortable. This was helpful because the MRI machine is VERY, VERY loud. They also communicated with me through the headphones regarding how long each scan would be. It would be good if they would let you know what to expect before the process begins. In my experience, the machine makes sounds very similar to what you might hear on a construction site. The table you lay on heats up a little, but not too much. Keeping my eyes closed helped me calm and not claustrophobic.

I was a walk in and the technician was able to take me right away. I have had this experience other times when I have used the Chesapeake Catonsville facility. Friendly and efficient staff.

Awesome experience at Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Catonsville! Front staff was so nice and Steve the radiologist was so caring and explained the whole process. During the 20 min. MRI he checked on me often and advised how much longer. Highly recommend! Linda D.
