Site experience excellent - prompt, pleasant, competent. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 is the length of time before a report is available even to the referring physician.

This place is amazing!!! (Easy checking in, staff is very friendly) Diane was very knowledgeable and well verse in her roles as she detail every moment of my experience with a “MRI”. She first introduce her self on who she was than ask me how i was feeling, Am I prepared, and had ever done anything like this before (which this is my 1st time) which to me made me very comfortable. Diane ask me what genre of music i would like to listen to as well as plugged me up to the system and started the process. Yes, i would for sure recommend this offices for anyone who are first timer or someone who is worried or just need someone with them thru out your imaging journey. THANK YOU!!

Good experience: First, altho I was there a day earlier than reserved (my mistake), Chesapeake staff were free, so they performed the scan and second, they were quite understanding of how I sometimes needed to move around on the hard bench (neck pain), which could frustrate an adequate scan, but it was successful nonetheless in the end.

Great experience at ChesapeakeMedical Imaging! The receptionist and technician were informative, professional and very helpful. There was no wait time and the office there is small but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the technician's patient, supportive manner both before, during and after my MRI. She completely puts you at ease with the procedure!

I have had several MRI's. I won't name the vendor, (who was horrible each time) but Chesapeake is the best MRI experience I've had and now my go to. Seamless and professional!!!

They staff made me feel very comfortable about the procedure!!! I am extremely clostrophobic and was nervous and overwhelmed when i walked in but they were amazing!!!! Bith the receptionist and the tech were phenomenal!!!!
