Scheduling was quick, I was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone I encountered, from phone scheduling, front desk, and the MRI technician were extremely friendly. My tech was very communicative and personable throughout the entire procedure.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is a very important place to have around the city. This location has great equipment and the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take most insurance companies. They send your appointment reminders. It’s just nice to have a great place like this. Thank you.

From the front desk gals to the back they are all genuinely professional and caring and really show they like their jobs! The back is not the medical "feel" either, it gives off a feel of "calm & peace" which I love! Even the bathroom is extremely clean. They also remember you and give very warm welcomes...I kid you not their smiles are genuine and their welcomes and have a nice days are truly genuine not scripted whatsoever. I wouldnt even mind working there!!! Thats a great "group" ...great teamwork altogether!! Highly recommend! Its a feel good when you have a favorite place (imaging) but now if ONLY my primary doc office was the same ....Uggghhh!!!

My gastroenterologist office scheduled an appointment for a STAT CT on Thurs. 6/14/23 @ 4:30 with contrast. Upon arrival I was given the oral contrast to drink. After about an hour I was brought back to a changing room, at which point, I was told they did not know how the appointment was scheduled as they no longer have a radiologist on site to administer the contrast. In addition, there was no one there to read the CT upon completion. The CT was performed. I was told that a radiologist would review the CT and I would receive a call from the on-call Dr. with results. within 2 hours. I called the on-call Dr. after 21/2 hrs. Noone called the on-call Dr., nor did I receive any results until the following day. Had the office been told at the time of scheduling that there would be no one to administer the IV or read the CT, I would have taken the appt at another site instead.

I had a great experience at the CMI location in Bowie. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and kind. My sonogram technician was very nice and made sure I was comfortable through the whole study. The front desk greets everyone and makes you feel so welcome. I will definitely use them for any imaging needs in the future!

Chesapeake Imaging was absolutely fantastic, from the appointment by phone, to the check-in process, to the staff who took care of me for my procedure. Everyone I met was friendly, polite, and helpful. I got all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my procedure, and I was in and out very quickly. They were also able to see me much sooner than another organization. I do like the other company, but Chesapeake was able to get me in a solid month faster than the other company. After this experience, I would definitely just go back to Chesapeake. The office was also bright, clean, and modern looking. All around, great service. I highly recommend them.

We had to take my toddler for an x-ray (we were all a bit anxious over the situation). No appointment needed, we were able to walk right in, be assisted and taken back within 20 minutes of arriving. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming, and the x-ray tech was patient and approachable with my toddler. She felt very at ease through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Highly recommend. I would not go to any other radiology group. I mostly go to the Bowie office, but the Annapolis office is just as friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and communication was clear and effortless. The office is very nice and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease. I would recommend this location and I will continue to use it when needed.
