My 3 year old daughter required a STAT abdominal ultrasound. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They were able to schedule our appointment in the same day. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiling faces and a kind demeanor. The ultrasound technician explained things to my daughter and the doctor who reviewed the ultrasound had amazing bedside manner. 10/10 would recommend!

5/2/2022 - Had a morning appointment. Arrived around 11:30am and the woman at the counter was very pleasant. There were boys in the waiting area playing around and she politely asked them to have a seat. She wasn’t rude, although the kids had started punching one another. My turn to head back. The tech(forgot her name too) was very pleasant and friendly. She explained everything to me asked very important questions pertaining to my test. She walked me through each step as needed. My CT scan was over before it started! I didn’t have to get undressed so long as I didn’t have any medal anywhere. The contrast was warm feeling inside just as she explained. I asked for a copy of the scan and she had it ready in approximately 10 minutes. I highly suggest this location because my experience was quick, painless, and effortless! I will definitely make this place my go to for scans!

This place had the comfiest of comfy robes/hospital gowns I've ever had in my life. I wanted to steal one it was so comfortable. But I didn't because stealing is wrong!The doctor was patient with me and friendly. I didn't feel any sort of worry and even though my results were undesirable, I'm glad I came to the right place.

Chesapeake medical imaging called me to schedule the visit when they received an order from my primary care. The check in was quick and efficient. The testing was quick and efficient. There was little to no wait. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Everyone from the front desk to the examination room was so professional and attentive! I’ve been bouncing around differently facilities for 17 weeks now for my broken toe and they validated my concerns better than any other place I’ve visited! Jessie is AMAZING! Super friendly and comforting, she even let me choose my music to listen to which made the process go by smooth and quicker than I anticipated! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The check in process was smooth and I didn't have to wait for very long before I was called back quickly. Jessie was amazing! Very calm and nice demeanor. She was very attentive and provided musical options while I was having my procedure. She treated me like an old friend and was enthusiastic and thanked me constantly as she gave me information and updates throughout the whole process.
