I’ve been to Chesapeake Medical Imaging two times recently: just yesterday, September twentieth, 2023, for a PET scan, and last month for a scan of my prostate. Both scans were done with exceptional professionalism and good nature. My plan is to return there for any future imaging I need done.

Fantastic service and people. They were able to sneak me in same day and I didn't even need to wait long. All of the employees were sweet, efficient, and caring. The jelly is even warmed for ultrasounds! Though as a short person it would be nice if the beds would raise/lower, it was a bit of a hop. Someone with mobility issues may need assistance getting onto the bed, and that puts the employees at risk of both liability (drop) and injury.... Just sayin. Still highly recommend though!

Very efficient to make appointment, not much paperwork and got right in to start the process of drinking contrast fluid, which takes about an hour to get through the system. Waiting room was very comfortable with reclining chair. Had my CT Scan on time and was out in total time of an hour and 20 minutes. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. I've been to them 4 times over the years and every experience has been extremely positive.

On the 25th of May my doctor had to have a scan of my bladder with and without contrast worried about where I could get it done before leaving the Annapolis area I was directed to your Bestgate road location, being a 77 year old nervous Nelly I was helped my a lovely young lady by the name of Kristen Stokes who set up my appointment right away and did so much to relieve my anxieties, when going in the area where I was to be scanned I was met by another one of your wonderful employees I believe her name was Grace, she told me what to expect with the scan which was done both with and without contrast both of the young ladies were very nice and professional in their jobs both are a credit to your company and I just wanted to make sure that they get the recognition for the great job they do for your organization, hard to find now a days people with your interest first please see they are recognized for the great job they did.

Imaging tech was phenomenal. Receptionist in the front was gracious and had music playing, it was a pleasant experience.
