The office staff were very pleasant. The technician came which I followed her to the room. She explained what was she was going to do. She made sure everything was fine. The technician left & the pictures were taken. She explained what she needed to do now & told me I would be able to review the results later. She walked me out & told me to enjoy my day!

My appointment was at 10 am. I was immediately taken by the radiologist tech to the ultrasound room. We talked about the reason for my visit. The tech explained that this group of radiologists is not connected with Luminus Health. I decided to trust the tech. She took my ultrasound with skill. My only problem is that I cannot get the patient portal to work.

Staff very courteous. Appointment was right on time. Exam was explained thoroughly and the longest part of entire process was waiting for the CD which was all of 15 min. Fantastic!
