I was an emergent, unscheduled input to CMI's bustling operation; so busy that I needed to do my paperwork in my car as the pandemic limited waiting room was full. Upon completing my paperework, I took it to the building and was seated inside awaiting my CT scan for an emergent issue. The entire episode was incredibly professionally handled. Kudos to CMI. (Unfortunately, I've yet to hear from my PCP as to results and next steps.)
