I was a ‘walk in’ patient. My check in was so cordial and pleasant. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called back with the tech who was also extremely cordial and pleasant as well. THANK YOU KINDLY for treating me so nicely, I felt like you CARED‼️

Awesome! I had minimal wait time in the waiting room (which is unheard of in any medical facility nowadays) and they were crowded. Front desk was friendly! How nice. The mammo and sonogram techs were the Best ever. They explained everything and very friendly. I’m a retired Medical Ass’t - I know 1st hand how it should be. :-)) I won’t go anywhere else ! Thank y’all

The entire experience was wonderful. From the efficient and friendly service of the front office to the nice waiting area, it was a calming experience. The technician called me before my actual appointment time. She immediately put me at ease and was very understanding and patient throughout the scan.
I would highly recommend Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Annapolis.

Each staff member that I encountered was the perfect combination of professional, prompt and friendly. I was very impressed with how well they transitioned me from one procedure to the second and then third. I waited very little between tests, and was checked on and kept apprised of each step as I proceeded from one test to the next. All 3 technicians were amazing, and the radiologist explained my results, and even showed me my 3D images. Overall, I was very impressed. I will recommend this office to my friends.
