All of my experiences at Chesapeake Medical Imaging have been positive. They are always on time and I am greeted with a smile and offer to help complete any forms. When my doctor once mis-dated the order they were very helpful in clearing it all up without much delay. The reports a thorough and easy to understand.

Your personnel at the front desk were very efficient and helpful. Making an appointment was quick and at a time convenient for me. The staff at CMIA were wonderful and friendly. They were helpful in helping me understand how to sign in for my appointment. It was a nice experience with the staff.
Dr. Carter, the doctor who I saw was excellent. Soft spoken. She explained everything clearly to me so I understood. I would refer friends to CMIA.

Completing the personal patient record and updates on line before getting to the office has been a big time saver for the patient and allows for a shorter time spent in the waiting room. This is a very busy medical facility and the staff are always courteous and helpful.
The medical technicians are professional and put the patient at ease. I’ve had several different scans this spring and the techs were all wonderful.

Everyone was great. Only disappointment was that I was told if I made and appointment (which I did) it would eliminate the waiting time.....still had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen

I arrived for my 3:30 appointment for my mammogram was at 3:15. After filling out some paper work. they took me at 3:25. The technician was wonderful. I was out by 3:35 and home by 3:55. I can't ask for better than that.
