Best experience with a MRI that I’ve ever had. The staff was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely accommodating to all my needs and questions. Chesapeake Medical Imaging should be the role model for healthcare, as it is the most professional healthcare facility I’ve ever visited. I could not have been more pleased with the staff and services.
The facility provides very consistent 5 star service, it not like you go in one day and things are great but the next time the visit is so-so. Every visit has earned a 5-star rating!!
From the time you make an appointment to the time your visit is over, every step of the process goes according to plan and in a timely manner. There are no surprises, it’s simply a pleasant experience all the way around.

I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. I was in and out for the MRI within 30 minutes and the technicians were very helpful in finding a position that was comfortable for me during the process.

I arrived with what I thought was a broken arm after falling at home. I had a referral from my doctor but, did not have an appointment. I waited about 30 minutes in a very crowded office and then had the X-rays taken. They were very helpful. I appreciate Chesapeake Medical Imaging. They give thorough reports.

All of my experiences at Chesapeake Medical Imaging have been positive. They are always on time and I am greeted with a smile and offer to help complete any forms. When my doctor once mis-dated the order they were very helpful in clearing it all up without much delay. The reports a thorough and easy to understand.
