Was there for an MRI. Everyone was polite, considerate and competent. And timely. Lots of duplicate questions but important ones and I understand why they have to do it. In and out in half an hour.

THIS WAS MY 4TH OR 5TH MRI THIS TEAR AND MY WIFE HAS HAS 2.AS ALWAYS THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. NO PROBLEMS ANDI AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC AND HAVE AN IMPLANT THAT HAS TO BE DEALT WITH. ALL GOOD!

Unbelievably stellar service! I had a mammogram scheduled for 8:50am and a bone density scan for 10am — I walked in at 8:50 and walked out at 9:15 with both tests completed! You can’t find better medical imaging anywhere!

I was taken very quickly. The technician was extremely patient and kind -- this was my first MRI and I was concerned with the loud noises and about feeling claustrophobic. She told me what to expect, she played music during the procedure and also gave me time-updates. It went very smoothly and was not as bad as I had imagined.

On May 3, 2024, I had an MRI at Chesapeake Imaging. The staff at check-in was friendly and professional. I had an appointment and was called very quickly. The nurse at the MRI explained the procedure and gave me a squeeze ball in case I needed attention. I've had several MRIs and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
