So impressed with the treatment and care! Samantha was a very friendly, kind, professional and superb in knowledge. She made me felt as ease, well listening, and well explanation.

The entire staff, including Dr. Lin were excellent, from start to finish. My issue was fully explained, the options available were reviewed, and a course of action was explained. I felt confident that I was fully aware of all options available to me.

Start to finish, this procedure was top notch! Doc [ ] and staff are all professional, kind, and courteous. My wife is a registered nurse and was very impressed with Dr [ ] bedside manor day of the [ ]. Samantha listens well and addresses all concerns professionally.

Sam was so helpful with her description of the deeded treatment and why my body was reacting the way it was. Took her time was very patient and a terrific listener. I felt so comfortable and confident, and the Whole staff and the way professionalism stream through the organization. Thanks to the whole staff, but especially Samantha for helping me make confident decisions regarding my health

Everyone is so nice and never makes you feel rushed. Explains everything in detail and I am so glad I was referred there. Dr. [ ] has already performed [ ] and he is a excellent surgeon. Samantha is just as great! I would highly recommend them.

Obviously, Dr. [ ] demonstrated excellence. Even at three weeks I was in such pain that I was fearful there was a problem with the procedure. An earlier first visit and [ ] could have calmed my fears. Fernando was easy to understand and very comfortable to meet with. Samantha was like a ray of sunshine and very helpful with making me feel confident about my freedom of movement with proper cautions.

Samantha was very personable, thorough and timely in my post op exam, review of X-ray, answering my questions and discussion about my therapeutic exercise plan. Dr [ ] I am so thankful you were able to perform a minimally invasive surgery, I am looking forward to regaining walking, exercise and travel that I have not been able to do over the past year. Pain free!

The PA did such a great job of explaining everything that I teased Dr. [ ] that all he needed to do was schedule the surgery! Of course, he reviewed everything with us and ansered questions abour [ ] and what to expect afterwards. My [ ] with Dr.lin. I know I am in good hands. LPG Neurosurgery is to be. Commended! Plus the new facilities at zGulf Coast ar BEAUTIFUL!
