I have a soft soy in my heart for Dr. Turfee. He was the one doing my Cancer screening after I was done with radiation therapy.

The provider seemed knowledgeable. The staff tried to be helpful. The facility they work in needs improvements. The rooms are not wheelchair friendly.

I hope this video thing isn't going to be the way it is. If he's ill, I hope he gets better soon. We'd rather have the doctor in office, not on screen.

Id rather do a at home video call instead of driving 40 minutes just to do a in office video call and be there for maybe 10 minutes if that then drove 40 minutes back home

Doctor does not listen and dismisses symptoms reported.offers most common solutions and did not allow for questions or feedback. allowed that not hearing was a common senior problem and did not respond to additional possibly related issues. Very unsatisfactory visit.
