Dr.Turfe listened to me, and found the source of my ear problem! No other ENT Dr had seen anything wrong with my ear. I'm very thankful! I would recommend him to anyone who needed to see a ENT doctor.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. Dr. Turfe answered my questions and was very knowledgeable in explaining procedures in a manner that could be understood.

Dt Turfe was amazing. He went over everything i was needing to get done. He did my parathyroid surgery and answered everything i asked him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I just started seeing him this week. I did not like the virtual setting. I waited a month to find out where I was being referred to and finally tracked that down. I was able to get a virtual appointment quickly which was nice. It went super fast and he had a lot to tell me that was honestly overwhelming and I'm not sure how to ask questions now. I would have liked to have things in writing or more time. I think he's 4 hrs away in Detroit which isn't ideal but I really don't know for sure. I really wanted someone closer but not sure what options I even have.

Dr. Turfe addressed the problem I was having with my ears and also addressed post acdf surgery issue with vocal cord.

It would be nice if scheduling of tests could take place at time of the appointment instead of waiting to go through central scheduling. Phone wait times for that process were long. Over a half hour

I didn't realize it was going to be a virtual meeting until right before the appointment. I agreed as I haven't ever done this before and decided to give it a try. It seemed rather impersonal with questions and answers being quick and short without much discussion or explanation. Very little eye contact seemed to take place. After the doctor signed off I was left in the closed room for 10 or so minutes until I exited to find if I was to leave or wait for anything. The crew was all on their lunch break and surprised that I was still there. I would much rather have my medical appointments be on a person to person basis.

How thankful I am that we have him here. It saved me a follow-up appointment from U of M, after they saw what a good job he did on my sinus surgery.

Dr.Turfe listened to me and made sure he addressed them properly. He made a recommendation of possible Surgery for my OSA. I am not sure Im ready for it yet. He made sure he gave me an updated script for my sinusitis and allergies. His very professional.
