What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That it takes a long time to get an appointment and the doctor is almost never in the office. I called the doctor to ask a question about my appointment and I didn't receive a return phone call for eight hours. When I was in the office for my appointment I saw people on their phones and talking about weekend plans and not calling patient back.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. was kind and listened to my complaints and addressed each one individually. He called after my scan to give me the results and assure me he could follow up when or if it was needed.

Dr. Turfe is an excellent ENT. He's helped me more than any other ENT I've seen in the [age] years of my life. He listens, is concerned about what is going on with me and provides treatment options. I highly recommend him.

Excellent doctor! He knew in minutes what was wrong with my ear. I’ve been dealing with this problem for years and nobody could give me an answer. He did it in minutes. Very thorough and helpful

Excellent, friendly service. We finally received an answer to the health issue and a treatment plan. I would highly recommend making an appointment to see the doctor as in [location] it takes over 1 year to get an appointment with an ear,nose and throat specialist. Well worth the trip to get much needed answers.

The staff and Dr. Are wonderful at this office and I could not ask for anyone better! Always smiling, friendly face asking how you’re doing being very Personable I I really like!
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend those doctor and medical center to any friends or family with children that have often ear infections or hearing trouble. The procedure my son recieved from thos doctor was a major positive adjustment to his daily living and has shown so much improvement in his ability to be aware of hos surroundings and when he is being spoken to as well as his ability to speak and advocate for himself.
Appointment was on time. Staff was very personable. I would rate the facility and those working there very highly. Dr was able to solve my problems and answered all questions.

Dr. Turfe shows competance and compassion and effeciency. These qualities are the reason I travel over 100 miles to continue my health care at WMH. [Patient name redacted for privacy]
On time appointment and we will see about follow up. This was my first video appointment. I’m not fond of computers but he answered my questions and shared all I think I needed to know so I guess video appointments are a good idea.

Glad I was able to get in so quickly but I’d prefer to see Dr in person, not fond of video although he did answer the questions and I wouldn’t have done anything differently seeing him in the office instead of video. We will see how my MRI and follow up go.
