The support staff was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. I saw Dr Turfe twice for the same issue. The second time I felt he was dismissive. Like, he told me what it was and I'd be fine. When the issue changed, I went back, he made me feel like he said it would fine, why are you here.

In person much preferred over telehealth. I felt cut off when asking “ what I felt were crucial questions pertaining to my concerns”. Just because the doctor understands the nuances behind his decision for care doesn’t mean that I do. He was great in that he called my home to discuss ordering a test for me ( prior to my appointment) and we greatly appreciated that.

I actually hated the telephone visit. I don't see how it's the same as seeing my doctor in person. The wait time was over an hour just to be seen. I had a scheduled appointment and I still waited that long.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Including the risks involved. Answered my questions and even said that if I have any more to not hesitate to call and ask them. Really listened to everything that I had to say as well

The doctor is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He made me confident in the decisions we made because he explained everything very well and made me feel like we were both on the same page. His nurse and office staff were top notch! Glad I got a great provider!

He's outstanding doctor. He went over and beyond to make sure I was healing properly from personal phone calls to quick office visit between his surgery days. Joselyn his assistant was equally supportive when I would call with my concerns.

I was skeptical at first about having an online appointment at the facility. After seeing the technology and its application, I left my visit impressed. The ability for a doctor to reach many people anywhere on the globe and offer a diagnosis is remarkable, in my case for an ENT, a service I'd never thought I would have to use.

He is Kind, respectful and always a professional. Im very happy that my primary Dr.Chander referred me to him.

He’s always observant. I went in for one thing but he noted an anomaly. Explained what he saw, as well as his opinion of what it was, gave me the option to follow up with taking care of it that day or scheduling another appointment or doing nothing, but once explanation was given, and I agreed to biopsy it was done professionally quickly incompetently. He then went on to take care of the initial problem I came in with. He explained his what he saw and Gave recommendations. When my biopsy came back positive, I was immediately notified by staff and set up for surgery two days later after the weekend.
