I hope this video thing isn't going to be the way it is. If he's ill, I hope he gets better soon. We'd rather have the doctor in office, not on screen.

Id rather do a at home video call instead of driving 40 minutes just to do a in office video call and be there for maybe 10 minutes if that then drove 40 minutes back home

This was my first video appt w/ a provider. It was a reasonable alternative to having to wait much longer for a in-person appointment in the area of Michigan I live in.

Doctor does not listen and dismisses symptoms reported.offers most common solutions and did not allow for questions or feedback. allowed that not hearing was a common senior problem and did not respond to additional possibly related issues. Very unsatisfactory visit.
