Dawn Diaz is an excellent provider. She listens, is knowledgeable with various issues and always makes me feel completely comfortable. She also has excellent follow through and I don’t feel like I leave with unresolved questions.

Office manager Michelle. I have known her for yrs. She was our MA for years. Always been professional and helpful when we needed her. So glad she's the office manager now. My APRN, Dawn is great. Always takes the time to explain things and to listen as well. Very professional. Dawn's MA Bridget. Helpful, well informed, friendly and professional. These 3 are why I continue to go to Yulee Primary Care.

Last appt. was telemed. Very convenient, however, the office is very clean, well organized, and staffed with wonderful, knowledgeable, and very professional ladies. I highly reccomend this practice.

First of all I like Dr. Taylor because I believe he genuinely cares about every one of his patient’s well being, and is very knowledgeable. Secondly, I like the staff because they all do their job efficiently and with a sense of commitment to the services they provide.

First it was very close to where i live. The Doctor and all the staff was very friendly. they answered all my questions. The office was clean and bright. The nurse and the doctor covered all my concerns.

I love the Drs and all the staff, they have been taking care of myself and my wife since our move to Florida 8 years ago. My care team is Dawn Diaz and her assistant Jill, actually it’s the same care group for both, myself and my wife. My wife being healthy, we are both in our 70s and I suffer from various chronic conditions, which are dealt with compassionately. I highly recommend this group of Baptist Health in Yulee Florida.
