The friendly, knowledgeable staff. I didn't have to wait long. All my health indicators reviewed and tremendous support when I need a refill or a question answered. The instructions & support I receive to lead a healthy life that Dawn Diaz provides is what I've needed. My blood can be drawn on-site by a fantastic, awesome, medical technician. She gets right every time Thank-you all for your help

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I receive from Dawn Diaz. She is patient, well-versed in her field, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain the details of my appointments so that I fully understand my treatment and options. I never feel rushed, and she consistently ensures that all my questions are answered clearly and compassionately. Her professionalism and attentiveness give me complete confidence in my care. I truly would not trust my health to anyone else.

Your staff in Yulee is great. The care that I receive from Dawn Diaz is always first class. I feel very confident that I am being listened to and that my needs are being addressed.
