The people are great. The office staff, nurses, and nurse practitioner are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is very respectful of my time with most appointments right on time and never a wait more than a few minutes. I always feel listen to and my concerns are addressed appropriately.

I drive by another Baptist Primary office just because I love this office. Dawn Diaz is absolutely wonderful. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The office is always very clean and plenty of parking. I could never imagine going anywhere else.

I like the fact that normally I'm in and out quickly - don't usually have to wait past the normal scheduled appointment time and absolutely love Dawn and Jan. Very friendly and always check to see how I've been, etc... Love them both and makes going to the Dr's office much more palatable. LOL

I needed my ears to be free of ear-wax for my audio test and my Dr was not in, but the "Can Do Team" at the Yulee office made it happen. Great job ladies, and the Audio tested marveled how clean they were. Thanks!!

amazing caring staff! i was at the office early. the staff greeted me, made me feel comfortable, my appointment was handled 5 minutes early. the nurse was very efficient, talked through all the details of my appointment. my recent history, medications, & current screening were addressed. Dawn Diaz is a rockstar!! we talked through my records & current status of blood work, ekg, & weight management. she was factual, encouraging, & provided a very detailed assessment. Dawn answers all my questions, provides recommendations/solutions for my concerns, & i feel a part of my healthcare planning. I've been seeing her for 3 years & am so thankful i found her.
