Efficient organized. Never a wait time. Jill is always pleasant and greets with a smile and makes visits less stressful, lets be honest going to a doctor for anything can be a little nerve wracking. Dawn is always pleasant and thorough with treatment and any follow up that I may need. I choose to drive over 30 miles for an office visit for these reasons and not to be left out, the front desk staff is always professional and friendly.

My husband doesn't complain much and when he needed care recently from the ER, it was immediate, and professional. The skills of every single person we dealt with was top notch! I know because I have worked in healthcare for decades. We got great referrals and everyone Baptist recommended turned out great allowing him to get better in just a few short weeks! We were able to get in with a great PMD and establish care and I am so greatful to the staff at Baptist ER in Yulee and the Baptist Primary Care, including the weekend staff. THANK YOU!

I have always had a professional and courteous relationship with this office. I have been going to my neighborhood doc office for more than 15 yrs. And I feel comfortable discussing my problems with my current doctor. My wife also sees same doctor. And we are able to have concerned conversations about our world. I am very grateful for having a office close to home.

Office manager Michelle. I have known her for yrs. She was our MA for years. Always been professional and helpful when we needed her. So glad she's the office manager now. My APRN, Dawn is great. I love the Drs and all the staff, they have been taking care of myself and my wife since our move to Florida 8 years ago. My care team is Dawn Diaz and her assistant Jill, actually it’s the same care group for both, myself and my wife. My wife being healthy, we are both in our 70s and I suffer from various chronic conditions, which are dealt with compassionately. I highly recommend this group of Baptist Health in Yulee Florida.
