All staff very courteous and respectful! Dr. Yousif was extremely kind and sensitive to my needs. Non judgmental and understood the complexity of my complaints.

Dr. Yousif was very kind and patient explaining condition and next steps to be taken. Maria was great at checkout and scheduling me. Theresa was very nice at checking and Shelli the MA and another MA, which I can't remember her name, were so kind as well

From the receptionist to the medical assistant who started my care and the doctor was excellent. Their office was warm and friendly. The doctor spent plenty of time and explained my conditions thoroughly and how they could help me with my pain

Dr Yousif spends time to let you process what he is saying and understand what the "next steps" are. That means appointments may "run over" time but his knowledge and assurance are priceless. He is sincerely dedicated as a doctor to do his best to make the quality of your life the best it can be.

Teresa at the front desk was very friendly. Shelli took her time going through my medical history & reviewing my current situation. Great experience with Dr Yousif. Took his time going over my MRI, detailing the cause of my back problems & what next steps are in my recovery. Answered all my questions with experience & in a language I can understand. Was very pleased. Also the ladies at checkout were very helpful in providing orders for xray & PT.

Dr Yousif was excellent in his descriptions of his examination and recommendations. He even went so far as to invite me to call my Daughter Dr [ ] and put her on speaker phone so he could share with her his analysis. She practices back In Springfield, Illinois and was not able to attend

Outstanding staff. The nurse practitioner was so sweet, and courteous. She offered me water, and coffee. Wow coffee in a doctors office and brought in to me while I was in the room waiting for the doctor. Love the attention.
