she is accessible She is accessible. She and her staff always respond quickly to any question or message. I appreciate the fact that when I call a PERSON answers the phone! It is so reassuring to speak to someone and not an electronic messaging system. This doctor's office is just amazing!

I always appreciate that she makes the patient feel like she isn't too rushed to listen and explain things clearly. (When the fact is most physicians are always rushed. Many are just not good at hiding that and being in the moment with patient and their concern.)

All my life I have looked for a good doctor, but always felt like they were running me thru like cattle. But when my wife found Dr. Nguyen it was a true blessing from GOD!!! We truly love her and all of her staff!!! And when I called to get my appointment the new girl at the desk was so pleasant and helpful! Thanks so much for the great care!!! Oh , and when I go for my I-V drip those girls are so kind I wish I could have been so pleasant when I was working!!! LOL
