The staff was so nice. I absolutely love this provider. She was very detailed in what she was telling us and you can tell she really cares about what she does. I loved her.

EMMA AND I LOVE MRS. AMANDA SHE'S BEEN TAKING CARE OF HER SINCE SHE WAS BORN. I KNOW SHE'S TEN AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE WILL MISS HER DEARLY.

Yes!!! The CSR at the front. I don't remember her name but she had "Ball State" sweatshirt on. She was excellent in helping me with my child's school letter (on Friday) and she was excellent in helping me the day prior (Thursday -when I was there with my other sick kid)To switch my kids appointment times with each other. She was so kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner was kind and helpful too. I am thankful for all of the providers and staff at this office.

I thought my sons foot was longer than the other and the doctor checked right away when I told her about it and made sure his feet were okay

My daughter has been under Mrs. Amanda Wouk's care since birth, receiving treatment for various [ ] contracted after starting daycare. Mrs. Wouk has consistently shown politeness, respect, and compassion. [ ] is only 8 months old and she’s very comfortable with Mrs. Amanda.

We love Amanda! I really love that she speaks to me on a level I understand (I am a [ ]) and she involves me in the care of my child as a partner and collaborator instead of just telling me what to do. She is really an amazing NP!
