RN Anna was outstanding over the phone to help me with my concerns about my baby's fever. She gave me clear directions and made an appointment for me the same day. She even followed up on my baby's condition later on the day. I'm really thankful for her. APRN Amanda was also exceptional, she is very thorough and answer all of questions with patience and kindness. We are very grateful that she was there on a Sunday and was able to see our baby.

The staff was so nice. I absolutely love this provider. She was very detailed in what she was telling us and you can tell she really cares about what she does. I loved her.

EMMA AND I LOVE MRS. AMANDA SHE'S BEEN TAKING CARE OF HER SINCE SHE WAS BORN. I KNOW SHE'S TEN AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE WILL MISS HER DEARLY.

Yes!!! The CSR at the front. I don't remember her name but she had "Ball State" sweatshirt on. She was excellent in helping me with my child's school letter (on Friday) and she was excellent in helping me the day prior (Thursday -when I was there with my other sick kid)To switch my kids appointment times with each other. She was so kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner was kind and helpful too. I am thankful for all of the providers and staff at this office.

I thought my sons foot was longer than the other and the doctor checked right away when I told her about it and made sure his feet were okay
