From point of entry to departure to was a super experience. The prep nurse was super. The anesthesia team. The OR nurses. The surgeon! The after care team. I am so glad I came to the cities to have this done at your facility!

a bit behind on my appt but that is normal i guess. Everyone was personable and professional. I felt I was in good hands.

I really loved the volunteer greeter at the entrance to the facility. He was very welcoming and friendly, making it easy to ask for direction if needed. I also appreciated that you had a female assistant be in the room with me along with the male doctor, since we were looking at my "girl parts." I was completely comfortable with Dr. Wirth and the team, but I still appreciated having another female in the room during the exam. AND! This may seem small, but I appreciate that you have ample parking at your facility, so that I don't have to stress about where to park or if there will be a spot, etc. Everything about this experience was very pleasant. Thank you!

Dr. Wirth is also very good, very thorough, very helpful. Also too, I love going to this clinic because they're always on time if not early. So that is wonderful.

The only thing I wish I had more info was about post-op, I wasn't sure what I was allowed to eat.

Hi, yes, the scheduling was very good. Everyone was on time, so I did not have to wait long. Everyone did a good job. The only thing I would say is after I reviewed my visit notes with the surgeon, he just had some comments in there about how surprising it was that I did not want to move forward with surgery right away. I just didn't think that was necessary. It was an unnecessary comment about it being surprising that I didn't want to go forward. It's a nitpicky thing, but I just didn't think it was appropriate in the medical records. That's all. I really appreciate it, and I will likely be back. Thank you.

The aftercare instructions were a little vague and left a lot of questions. I feel like that may have been due to multiple surgeons but still not great. I felt a little “beat up” after my surgery. My lip was cut and swollen and I had bumps and rash around my eyes, I’m guessing from removing tape. I haven’t had that previously from surgeries.
