Everybody at Baptist Anderson has been professional, listened to what I have going on, and understanding. It’s a huge difference from SGMC here in Valdosta where the staff is hit or miss.

Communication this visit from the MA to the front desk when the physician was running behind in surgery was great ! They kept me updated the entire time. Dr Wilson and his PA are always wonderful. Answer all my questions and always go over plan of care.

Dr. Wilson- so much to say about him. He is kind, extremely intelligent and ALWAYS answers an array of questions that I bring to him. He gives me plenty of time to discuss any of my concerns. Malisa PA is fantastic as well. Knowledgeable and kind. Robbie is an asset to the team. Always with calm demeanor. And Tai is super for the first person who greets you. In addition front and back staff are very accommodating as well. Thanks for having a great staff!

Everything. Very well organized, very caring and pleasant people everywhere. Made us feel extremely comfortable. Medical team was impressive and worked together very well. They were so professional and knowledgeable. I have great confidence in them. I was very appreciative of a phone call the day after from Chaplain Joel checking to see if I had any concerns or needed to talk about my situation. Ver impressive.

The doctors and staff are very calming and informative when it was needed during a very scary time. They respond quickly to questions with an answer. They work to schedule your appointments when convenient for your five hour commute.

The Atmosphere at MD Anderson is upbeat and positive. EVERY staff member greets you if they are not with a client. They smile and you feel very welcome. Drop off, parking and pick-up is very easy. Our Dr and his team are absolutely OUTSTANDING!
The building is very clean and well-cared for. That reassures us that we will also be well-cared for!

Both Dr. Wilson and PA [last name] are both so professional and caring - along with being extremely knowledgeable about how to address my cancer. I appreciate their thoroughness each time we've met with them. The tech who took vitals, etc. was also very sweet and professional. All around great experiences with orthopedic oncology - THANKS!!!
