Erica went above and beyond getting us ready for this visit. She corrected previous mistakes on the chart, actively listened when I spoke about my concerns for my child, and accurately communicated those concerns with [ ]. Erica’s professional communication saved us time during our appointment with [ ] by allowing Natalie to come into the appointment well prepared to address our concerns. Our appointment with Natalie was by far the most beneficial appointment we’ve had. First the first time since my daughter was diagnosed, Natalie broke down what [ ] were and spoke about the importance of medication compliance on an age appropriate level. She did so in an empowering way instead of being rude or condescending. She allowed my daughter to ask her own questions, and was extremely diligent answering them so that she was able to understand. We truly appreciate the care received from Erica and Natalie.

Madison, the RN that I spoke to on the phone prior to scheduling the appointment was excellent. She was kind, caring and answered all my questions. Natalie’s MA was also amazing with [ ]. She played with him and was very patient with him.
