William Auten is incredible. He is aware of your health history, provides expertise on any situation you have and open to any questions or concerns. His follow up is also amazing. He is so kind and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Highly recommend William.

William was very thorough and he took his time with me. He asked me questions even more questions to me than what I was giving him about my health. I just really felt he ask a lot of questions which I get the help I need!

I only met William Auten NP one time, he was very professional, listened to concerns , put me in the right direction, he is following up with me in one month . He earned my trust , and would be happy to have him as my practitioner

Only seen him twice but I like how he records and documents his notes. He listens to my concerns and addresses them right away. I dont feel rushed. He is taking the extra steps to ensure my health and over all being is taken care of.

He was very friendly and informative. I appreciated being seen as the provider I used to see has since left the practice and mry medications scripts need to be renewed. I would recommend this provider definitely. I prefer to be seen for my routine care by a female provider. Also thank you to the front office staff that informed me I was able to see another female provider as I had been previously told that was not possible and would need to remain seeing this PA. I appreciate everyone at this practice and gave received excellent responses and help with my medical care

William Auten actually seems to care about his patients. He explains things in a very understandable way and takes time to listen to my questions. He’s very professional and he’s very easy to talk to.

Doctors and PA’s were professional. Girls at check in window could be more enthusiastic and a bit friendlier. Not all of them but a couple.

Since this was my first encounter with Bill, I don't have much history to draw a conclusion, but my first experience was a very positive one. Seems to know what he speaks of and explained in detail, why he made the changes in my meds. I think Bill and I will get along just fine.
