My son and I walked into our regular office at Page Field Friday morning 5/22. Unfortunately we were unable to be seen there but the girl at the front desk found an appointment nearby for an immediate appointment at Franklin elementary. This appointment was made last minute and at a location I was unfamiliar with. Every staff member was kind and responsive. In addition to the nurse practitioner, I want to recognize Edith, Merline, and Denise. Thank you!

Each and every person we interacted with, from the security guard to the provider was courteous, helpful and terrific! The office was spotless and very nicely decorated. I was impressed!

Yes the girl at the front helped me swap my pcp to Lee health and even got on the phone with Humana the rep for Humana was extremely rude and the girl at Lee health stayed calm and professional

This was my first visit with this physician as my son's normal physician is doctor [ ] and he was booked that day.. she was just as thorough as him and I liked how she listened to my concerns and validated them and gave me a professional opinion and options.
