Everyone was happy when I walked in. It wasnt a show. They wanted to be there. Teri was super personable with me and I felt like I could tell her anything. She was very receptive.

Teri Westenbarger was excellent. She was well informed of my situation, was extremely courteous and friendly and completely thorough in her explanations. I would not hesitate to see her again.

Teri listened to my concerns about my blood pressure and assured me my heart rate was great. She offered to take care of my blood pressure, but since I come from North Fort Myers said I would see my primary care about my pressure. She said she would notify Dr. [ ] of her concerns so they would be looking for me.

My nurse tech was FANTASTIC...explained everything in detail..answered all my questions in layman ter.s. Rest of staff was just as excellent

Able to discuss pros and cons of all issues and receive educated responses received good direction since diagnosis was discovered after a fall..Lee is fortunate to have Teri on their stall

Terry and the nurses were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They spent a lot of making sure my questions were answered.

Terry made me feel very comfortable when discussing my condition she took her time when I didn’t understand I was really nervous my heart scares me especially [ ] to a [ ] but I didn’t feel over whelmed or told I was to young she treated me like any patient cause unfortunately [ ] effect young people thank you for all your help in understanding my condition
