The provider was great. It’s sad that there is t room for her in the main ortho office and you have to go to the other office for splints and such. You also may have to make a second trip if they do t have a room available. Inconvienent.

The office rarely answers the phone and never returns a phone call. I wanted to get the MRI pre-approved quickly but office staff wouldn’t push the paperwork through. I don’t think they sent pre approval paperwork to my insurance agency at first. I had to leave multiple messages. I have a string of emails via Mychart asking for information because I couldn’t get through via phone. Dr. Crawford should answer her emails herself-not the office staff. Although everyone is very friendly, the support staff doesn’t care about patient health. Dr.Crawford is an amazing physician but her skills are underutilized due to a complete lack of communication between staff and patients.
