Dr Crawford was amazing in the explanations of what was being done, the thoroughness of her exam, and care she provided. I would highly recommend using her again and for anybody else that would have medical issues with their knees. I feel Dr. Crawford provided care that other doctors do not anymore.

Wow! This was my first time seeing Dr. Crawford and I am incredibly impressed. She listened to every word I had to say about my knee problem. She gave my knee a thorough exam and then explained all my options to me. I decided on the most aggressive option and Dr. Crawford took care of my knee in a single visit. She explained every step of the procedure as she performed it and kept me comfortable throughout. I am offering a 5-star rating only because I can’t give 6. Highly recommend!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Finally a doctor that provided me some information and seemed like she wanted me to feel better. My experiences the last few months with other providers have been frustrating so it was nice to have a different experience.

Wow! This was my first time seeing Dr. Crawford and I am incredibly impressed. She listened to every word I had to say about my knee problem. See then gave my knee a thorough exam. After that she explained every option I had moving forward. I decided on the most aggressive option and Dr. Crawford treated my knee immediately. As she was performing the procedure, she explained every step along the way. I would give Dr. Crawford a 5-star rating only because I can’t give her 6! Highly recommended.

In a nutshell; Dr Crawford is Awesome! She was very knowledgeable in her area of expertise, very personable, and did an extremely good job of explaining everything. Not just for Alpena, but for anywhere; i was very impressed.

Very nice and knowledgeable Dr. Crawford is. Staff was great as well as front desk receptionist. Dr. Crawford helped with questions I had. We have a good plan for my shoulders.

Great doc but…location is awful. I knew it was in same building as Urgent Care but had no idea they shared same lobby. Waiting room is shared and small enough to where we were subject to close proximity to 3 people who were obviously sick and constantly coughing and sneezing! Unfortunately I will not return for another appointment because of this.

Shelby is a great doctor. She's passionate about what she does and it shows through the care she gives to her patients. The one time after my visit I wasn't to sure about something so I called and left a message on the nurse phone. When I got the call back. It was Dr.Shelby herself. I have never had the actual doctor call me back and talk to me. Always been the nurse so I thought that was awesome.

She really knows her craft. She shows you exactly what she's going to do on picture, reminded me of me telling hundreds of ppl exactly what's going on with their tax return except she's better. Saying I APPRECIATE the level of care and concern she puts into her work
