She and her staff are the best I have encountered from a Doctor’s office ever -seriously. Everyobe is concerned, caring and compassionate - everyone really cares. So glad to have Shelby as my Dr. and I am always going to have her as my Dr.

She was very thorough. She was the only person who explained my condition. I was given an injection of cortisone to help with the pain. Also, was given written exercises to start until therapy is scheduled. The following day I talked with my primary care. She had received feedback from Dr. Crawford. She was extremely impressed. I hope Dr. Crawford can stay in Alpena. The Orthopedic office that was originally sent my referral never called me. I had called them to try to schedule an appointment, but no one responded. They said my MRI needed to be reviewed before they could give me an appt. My MRI and X-ray had been available, if they had just looked.

Spent good amount of time and didn't rush. Made sure I had all questions answered and knew what to expect and how to follow up.

Very thorough. Explained options and how procedures would work. Explained my specific problem and what to expect. This was my 1st appointment and I was very satisfied. She spent a good amount of time going over all my medical needs

They did not listen to my extreme concern that I showed up to my appt on time, but was not allowed in even after knocking. I was left outside, leaning on my cane, and freezing. They did not answer me, didn't care.

My first time there . Very friendly staff. DR Shelby listen to me and helped me understand on what might be going on with me. After I get a MRI we should have a permanent result and a plan of action.

Dr Crawford is more than I expected. Very caring and most definitely wants to get to the root of the problem. Her nurse found out that the hospital ER visit I had from my accident on [date] - I was NEVER XRAYED fir my right side and all my Dr.s knew of my pain and needing therapy but 8 months later this Dr. office found that out. I AM SOO GRATEFUL for her nurse.

The staff to include Shelby Crawford were all very professional, friendly, very helpful explaining my current situation. They made quick follow up appointments to review my progress and were genuinely concerned. I highly recommend Shelby and the staff at WellSport.

Dr Shelby Crawford is one of the best doctors I have had care for me. She takes the time to listen and understand my concerns and explains my health conditions so that I have a better understanding which eases my mind. She is wonderful and easy to get an appointment with typically in the same week sometimes same day.

Dr Crawford and all of her staff have been wonderful, attentive, supportive, listens to all concerns and address them right then. Dr Crawford and her staff have absolutely been the best Orthopedic staff I have dealt with in the past 25 years of dealing with my knee and shoulder issues. I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends that have orthopedic issues. Keep up the great work.
