Last week was my first visit after being scheduled by my primary care physician for knee evaluation. Impressed with Dr.Crawford and look forward to continuing care.

I walk in with vary bad knee pain and Dr Crawford. Came up with a game plan. I felt comfortable with and whet with it and one mouth later I'm walking with out pain.And her staff are awesome. So thank you Dr Crawford and staff.

Good experience. She listened to my immediate concerns and my hx of ortho issues. We will take it slow with exercises at home, then possible steroid inj. then referral to partner in practice for possible OR in future.

Dr Crawford is the best Dr I have ever had. I had so much pain and she has helped me so much. She takes her time explaining everything. I just love her. I wish I could have her as my regular Dr. she also makes sure your not in pain and goes step by step during procedure.

Waited over an hour. Asked if Dr would see me soon. Receptionist said. Running behind so it’s going to be a while. Left after 1 & 15 mins. Did not tell me upon arrival. I had the appointment scheduled for over a month. Dr is in a shared office with an Urgentcare .Camee down with a cold 2 days later.

Dr. Shelby Crawford is an excellent orthopedic doctor. She took the time to discuss my condition. She treated me with an ultra sound injection for my injured shoulder. This was 100% better than receiving a shot. I loved having a follow up with her to go over the recent Physical Therapy I received. I am so glad that she has come to Alpena. I will continue to see her when I have a need for an orthopedic issue. I highly recommend her.

I have never ever had a doctor like Shelby Crawford that took the time that she takes to: listen, understand, help, have genuine concern, explain, etc. she is truly a grand doctor - just can’t get any better.

Dr Crawford was awesome! Explanations were very detailed was excellent in putting piece together trying to figure a solution to a problem that occurred out of area. I was referred to PT on Friday today is Monday and was already contacted and scheduled. Excellent care very personable would highly recommend Dr. Crawford.

Shelby is a wonderful doctor that is willing to help you thru your problems step by step. Is not pushing you to take medication and that should be fine. Also she is willing to work with you on any questions and concerns you may have and try to figure out the best plan that works best for you. Thank You Shelby!!
