This was my first time seeing Dr. Crawford. She was extremely patient with me & explained the procedure step by step. She took her time & I didn't feel rushed. She was extremely knowledgeable about my situation. I will always go back to her. She is a true asset to your team. [NAME, CITY, STATE]

Great doc but…location is awful. I knew it was in same building as Urgent Care but had no idea they shared same lobby. Waiting room is shared and small enough to where we were subject to close proximity to 3 people who were obviously sick and constantly coughing and sneezing! Unfortunately I will not return for another appointment because of this.

Shelby is a great doctor. She's passionate about what she does and it shows through the care she gives to her patients. The one time after my visit I wasn't to sure about something so I called and left a message on the nurse phone. When I got the call back. It was Dr.Shelby herself. I have never had the actual doctor call me back and talk to me. Always been the nurse so I thought that was awesome.

She really knows her craft. She shows you exactly what she's going to do on picture, reminded me of me telling hundreds of ppl exactly what's going on with their tax return except she's better. Saying I APPRECIATE the level of care and concern she puts into her work

Provider listened and was genuine in my request to not use medications I wouldn’t be able to function on and helped me get to the root cause of the problem rather than mask it. She is truly an amazing provider and I would definitely recommend her.

I walk in with vary bad knee pain and Dr Crawford. Came up with a game plan. I felt comfortable with and whet with it and one mouth later I'm walking with out pain.And her staff are awesome. So thank you Dr Crawford and staff.
