Wait time has been is longer than I expected,you arrive fifteen minutes early and still wait another twenty minutes or more, doesn’t sound long ,but when your hurting,and the chair’s are so hard and uncomfortable,and there’s none with arms to lift yourself up, it’s a struggle

I have had two appointments in this office with Crawford. Both appointment times were way over by the time she reached my room. The second one being the worst. We are supposed to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did on both occasions. She was so very significantly behind, I waited in the waiting room almost an hour before going back to be seen. This is not acceptable as I have other things to do with my time. Its unacceptable to be treated like crap when asking how long it might be before being seen. Maybe tell the staff to not snap and get defensive as if I am making a personal attack. I just wanted to know wait time. Not coming back to this office that is for sure.

The visit was for a sports physical at the walk in clinic. The staff were very nice, from check in to seeing the provider. I thought the provider was very thorough in her exam. It was fast and everyone was friendly. An overall positive clinic vibe between the staff, that was nice to see. I would feel very comfortable going back, even for something more serious.

I only seen Dr Crawford once a few days ago,I was very pleased with the way she handled my exam,I did wait for a appointment longer than I hoped for,but I was in alot of pain,and I don’t remember if I told them that,But the Dr. took her time,I felt she was asking me all the right questions,,and she listened to me,I’m so happy I went to her,It’s only been a few days,but the perception seems to have lessen the pain

She’s really good but her office shares a waiting room with Urgent care and there were four people in the waiting area with me-masks but coughing and had head down. I washed about to go wait in my car, but they called me back right then.

All I had was a broken toe and didn’t think anything could be done for it but recommendations were therapy and we’ll wait a little longer to see if more X-rays are needed.
