The staff is always helpful and super nice. The office is clean. I just love the staff. My Dr actually listens to my concerns and helps. I never wait too long and don't feel rushed out.

Everyone in this office is some nice and professional. Check in always greet you with a smile and make sure you are ready for your appointment. The nursing staff are so thorough and caring which makes the visit even better. Dr. Chan is an awesome doctor as well as Dr. [last name] who was a covering provider at this location he was so detailed and took the time to know me either I was not his main patient. Wells Road is the best experience I have had with a Primary Care office. 10 out of 10 for the whole staff.
