The office staff are the kindest people, everyone is so lovely and happy to help. Dr. Chan is a great PCP, she always listens and takes concerns seriously. She’s the first doctor I have ever had that just listened and referred me for what I needed and didn’t discount my pain or symptoms.

The staff is courteous and greets all patients as they arrive. Little or no wait for your appointment. The doctor spends time with the patient, so you do not feel rushed. Answers all your questions.

The office personnel are professional, personable and have great memories of who is who, in regards to their patients. Dr. Allison Chan is an extremely bright, knowledgeable and caring internal medicine physician. How do I know? I'm a retired surgeon and having interacted with other doctors for almost 50 years, I know who knows their medicine and who is merely a wannabe. Dr. Chan is top notch, and I am honored to be her patient. I would welcome other prospective patients to schedule to join this practice.

Great from my staff greeting you by calling you by your name with a pleasant smile, never have to wait they are on time with my appointment, the MA is very kind , helpful of my needs getting me checked in for Dr. The greatest Dr I have ever been to going over my problem explaining showing me how my system works . The new meds when given going over for interaction with my other meds . When I leave I have received the best of care knowing what is going on with my health issues, not leaving with just I will call in a RX I understand my feeling of being explained and being helpful during my appointment. I give this office a 10+.
