The office personnel are professional, personable and have great memories of who is who, in regards to their patients. Dr. Allison Chan is an extremely bright, knowledgeable and caring internal medicine physician. How do I know? I'm a retired surgeon and having interacted with other doctors for almost 50 years, I know who knows their medicine and who is merely a wannabe. Dr. Chan is top notch, and I am honored to be her patient. I would welcome other prospective patients to schedule to join this practice.

Great from my staff greeting you by calling you by your name with a pleasant smile, never have to wait they are on time with my appointment, the MA is very kind , helpful of my needs getting me checked in for Dr. The greatest Dr I have ever been to going over my problem explaining showing me how my system works . The new meds when given going over for interaction with my other meds . When I leave I have received the best of care knowing what is going on with my health issues, not leaving with just I will call in a RX I understand my feeling of being explained and being helpful during my appointment. I give this office a 10+.

Outstanding primary care provider(Robert Raspa.) Thorough, patient, and responsive. Appointments are efficient but never rushed, and communication is clear. The entire office runs smoothly. I trust their medical judgment completely and would highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff and fast service. I don’t need to wait till my appointment time they always get me 10 -15 mins. before my appt. time. Staff are great between patient and workers relations. I’m sad Ms. Kelly [last name] is no longer there. Dr. R. Raspa is great with patient. You asked questions and he’ll tell you like it is. I’m glad I’m a part of the Baptist Health Clinic.

The waiting room and clinic are both very clean. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. They are very helpful whenever I have any questions. My doctor and the PA always listen and never make me feel like they’re in a rush to get to another patient. They are very thorough.

Dr RASPA and his staff are the absolute best. Dr RASPA is the most caring doctor ever and I’ve never had one nearly as close to him. He’s so willing to listen, help and support you. The best doctor ever.

A very organized clinic and cheerful staff. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My visit was like clock work sailing smoothly. Dr. Raspa showed great concern for his patients and is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and happy to this establishment to care for my health. Very well pleased overall.

Dr. Raspa is truly exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and heard—not rushed. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really stand out.

Very friendly staff. The nurses listen and pay close attention to you. They explain everything and go over your records with you. The doctors listen and explain everything in easy to understand language so you're not wondering later what's actually going on..

Everything, minimal people in waiting room, never wait more than 3 minutes to be called back. Very clean facility and very nice nursing staff! I saved the best for last. Dr. Raspa is the best doctor i have ever had. He's knowledgeable, can be funny, knows when to be serious. Dr. Raspa is my all time favorite, he is the real and only reason I go there.

Returning from a four week trip out-of-country with a respiratory issue, I was grateful to be seen on very short notice. My Primary Care Physician (Dr. [last name]) was not available so I met with Dr. Martinez-Heath. I had a productive conversation and visit. I have received my prescriptions and am continuing to improve.
This was my first time to use a PRN Physician and I was very impressed. I appreciate the flexibility this service provides and will not hesitate to use again when needed.
