Receptionist is very nice and helpful, Nurse is very nice and courteous. Very familiar with our records and the purpose for our appointments. Doctor takes time to go over our records, problems and answers any concerns or questions that we may have during our appointments.

Sarah helped us to get an appointment when the phones and computers were down (after a trip to the ER, doc follow-up important and urgent). Office clean. Diane, very personable, thorough, and professional! Dr. Chan was great! Check out staff (Natasha, I think) was professionally friendly and made sure all bases covered for follow-up.
