The kindness and care that each employee from check-in, medical assistant, physician to check out offers me. Dr Chan is an amazing doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. She wants to do what’s best for you! I am so thankful I made the decision in August to choose Baptist Health Wells Road location. I moved to Orange Park from out of state six years ago. I had not been happy with the healthcare practice I had chosen when I moved here in 2020. As a patient you want to know you are given the same care and treatment that the medical staff would give to their family. That was my expectation but that is not the care I received from the previous practice. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and her staff to anyone looking for a new practice.

I loved that I could pre-register so that when I came in I was already finished. I loved that I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. I love that Dr. Chan is very thorough and I didn't feel like she was already focused on her next patient. And I loved how kind the nurse was for my work up and just all of the staff.

The associate in the front desk was very welcoming, the check in was quick and easy. The attending nurse was very showed respect and very professional. Dr Allison was very thorough.
