The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office waiting room is a very clean large open space. You are not having to sit next to someone.

I loved that I could pre-register so that when I came in I was already finished. I loved that I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. I love that Dr. Chan is very thorough and I didn't feel like she was already focused on her next patient. And I loved how kind the nurse was for my work up and just all of the staff.

The associate in the front desk was very welcoming, the check in was quick and easy. The attending nurse was very showed respect and very professional. Dr Allison was very thorough. As a first visit, she was thorough, takes time to review my records, made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to establish good patient doctor relationship.

5 Stars I’m so happy with this office! Dr. Chan and her staff are absolutely amazing. They truly go above and beyond for me. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, they made everything so much easier—especially when it came to getting referrals to other doctors. Every time I visit, they’re incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. I genuinely love this office and can’t thank them enough for their care and compassion.

Sarah helped us to get an appointment when the phones and computers were down (after a trip to the ER, doc follow-up important and urgent). Office clean. Diane, very personable, thorough, and professional! Dr. Chan was great! Check out staff (Natasha, I think) was professionally friendly and made sure all bases covered for follow-up.
