The staff that answer the phone are the same staff in office. Not a call center.

I loved that I could pre-register so that when I came in I was already finished. I loved that I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. I love that Dr. Chan is very thorough and I didn't feel like she was already focused on her next patient. And I loved how kind the nurse was for my work up and just all of the staff.

The associate in the front desk was very welcoming, the check in was quick and easy. The attending nurse was very showed respect and very professional. Dr Allison was very thorough. 5 Stars I’m so happy with this office! Dr. Chan and her staff are absolutely amazing. They truly go above and beyond for me. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, they made everything so much easier—especially when it came to getting referrals to other doctors. Every time I visit, they’re incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. I genuinely love this office and can’t thank them enough for their care and compassion.
