Diane an DR Chan are the best caregivers you can find. They welcome e you and take time to address any issues and Dr CHAN even suggest alternatives to medications if that is the way you feel. Found her two yrs ago in Mandarin and followed her to orange park. Won't go ant where else.

First, the building is beautiful inside and outside. The staff is so courteous and always a smile on their faces. I've been in the state of Florida just 1 year and have been in few other clinics (not related to Baptist Primary Care) where they treat you nice the first time and after that you done, just another number. I hope Baptist Primary Care continues to hire and keep such wonderful people. Thank you
