Everyone in this office is some nice and professional. Check in always greet you with a smile and make sure you are ready for your appointment. The nursing staff are so thorough and caring which makes the visit even better. Dr. Chan is an awesome doctor as well as Dr. [last name] who was a covering provider at this location he was so detailed and took the time to know me either I was not his main patient. Wells Road is the best experience I have had with a Primary Care office. 10 out of 10 for the whole staff.

The professional competency in the midst of a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Not often can a patient find this rare combination. Each member of the team is kind, considerate, empathetic and professional. Personally, I also enjoy the fact that the entire team celebrates each holiday, with a cute theme, usually requiring patient interaction. Having managed a professional team myself, I appreciate and understand the subtle positive impact this practice has on the consequent interaction of the team.

The office personnel are professional, personable and have great memories of who is who, in regards to their patients. Dr. Allison Chan is an extremely bright, knowledgeable and caring internal medicine physician. How do I know? I'm a retired surgeon and having interacted with other doctors for almost 50 years, I know who knows their medicine and who is merely a wannabe. Dr. Chan is top notch, and I am honored to be her patient. I would welcome other prospective patients to schedule to join this practice.
