The office staff are the kindest people, everyone is so lovely and happy to help. Dr. Chan is a great PCP, she always listens and takes concerns seriously. She’s the first doctor I have ever had that just listened and referred me for what I needed and didn’t discount my pain or symptoms.

The office personnel are professional, personable and have great memories of who is who, in regards to their patients. Dr. Allison Chan is an extremely bright, knowledgeable and caring internal medicine physician. How do I know? I'm a retired surgeon and having interacted with other doctors for almost 50 years, I know who knows their medicine and who is merely a wannabe. Dr. Chan is top notch, and I am honored to be her patient. I would welcome other prospective patients to schedule to join this practice.

The waiting room and clinic are both very clean. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. They are very helpful whenever I have any questions. My doctor and the PA always listen and never make me feel like they’re in a rush to get to another patient. They are very thorough.

The kindness and care that each employee from check-in, medical assistant, physician to check out offers me. Dr Chan is an amazing doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. She wants to do what’s best for you! I am so thankful I made the decision in August to choose Baptist Health Wells Road location. I moved to Orange Park from out of state six years ago. I had not been happy with the healthcare practice I had chosen when I moved here in 2020. As a patient you want to know you are given the same care and treatment that the medical staff would give to their family. That was my expectation but that is not the care I received from the previous practice. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and her staff to anyone looking for a new practice.
