ALL the employees I've encountered at Baptist MDA are warm, friendly, and helpful. My doctor, Dr. [full name] specializes in T- cell lymphoma, which is what I have, and I really feel I am in excellent care under his highly knowledgeable insight and professional skills. All the nurses I have met with have been very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful, and to find the answers to my questions. I feel like I am heard and that is so important to me as a patient.This last appointment I had was with Diana Weegmann, Dr. [last name]'s APRN, and she did an outstanding job of helping me understand my most recent test results by deciphering the terms of the test results and explained what the scores meant for the parts of the test I had questions about. Diana was very warm and helped assuage my fears. MDA is a such a beautiful place and I appreciate so much all the planning and collaboration they use to help make each patient's experience as good as it can be and to get the very best care.. What a wonderful standard of excellence is in place at Baptist MDA Jacksonville!
