Clean, friendly, always a smile from employees as well as professionals, helpful. I phone and left a message for my PA and they called back and told me the results of my request. THEY PHONED BACK!!! Doesn’t always happen, so you know how pleased I was❤️❤️

That I don't feel like a number. Every nurse i have had has been pleasant and supportive... some more so than others. As a bit of an empath, I feel more than I would like to as to their stress levels, demeanor and the like. I try to be as nice and appreciative as possible to help improve those around me I wish we could get to know and get the same nurse or small group of nurses. I think there are potential clinical benefits to this strategy. The only anxiety I have about the process is who the next nurse will be and will they be in the head space that makes me feel relaxed and safe.

The service was absolutely wonderful and excellent the expertise is absolutely amazing and for all of the wonderful people that continuously them make sure that iron levels in the club and levels and saw plate levels are completely 100% is absolutely bad and I appreciate that thank you very much you're wonderful assistance and I will be having them much further in the future thank you very much for your assistance.

Check in is always efficient. Nurses and others have been courteous and professional. Facility is clean and sanitary. Appointment times are reasonably maintained with understandable minor delays. The views from the windows have a calming effect.
