She has been my Rock Star PCP for 15 plus years. She does an amazing job! She always treats me with care and compassion; never condescending or rude. She makes sure all of my questions and topics are covered. I don't care how long I have to wait in the lobby or exam room to see her, because when she meets with me, she will make sure all of my needs are met. She is highly responsive when I message her on MyChart or with lab results. She is an excellent listener and willing to try different approaches. She values my experience, my thoughts, and opinions on topics I discuss with her. She has a vested interest in my overall health and wellbeing. She is my role model and she embodies what she preaches. She always has a pleasant disposition and is always professional. I have stopped by the office unannounced to drop off documents to her and she always has a pleasant and happy disposition. I am so thankful she is my PCP. She has been my guiding light as I have been recovering from a medical situation and ultimately lost my job. I would not trade her for any other PCP!

I thought Dr. Koo was thorough in her exam and review of my medical history and informative concerning items i had neglected to do. I welcomed her direction to stop medication and instead take a supplement to help with my arthritis.
