Getting our yearly checkup is never a dreaded experience. Dr. Duvall makes it a pleasant experience- especially for me as he is a fly fisherman like me and had a son that is a guide in Montana. We feel so lucky to have a great dermatologist who makes us comfortable.

Made an appointment in very quick fashion (2 days after calling) and the time from walking into the office, doing some paperwork, seeing Dr Duvall, getting the procedure done, and leaving was less than 40 minutes…that was amazing how efficient the whole process was. It shows they really care about my time!!

The doctor/nurse practitioner were excellent and caring. The front desk employees were a bit curt and I had to wait over a half hour beyond my appointment time without the front desk saying anything. The provider did apologize for the wait.

The wait is way too long, if I have to wait almost an hour to see the doctor, then you should call and let me know that I can be 45 minutes late. I am taking time off of work so this would be a nice courtesy.

Over the past two years I have never been able to successfully get a hold of the receptionist from the telephone. I have told the front desk for years that they have an issue in the lady told me they are too busy to answer the phones.

Dr. Duvall met with me on time for my appointment. He performed the skin check up which was the purpose of the visit. He removed a keratosis and cleared up 2 blackheads. I enjoyed the visit.

Dr. Duvall is just such a class act. Very gentle, kind and compassionate. Have been coming to Dr. Joe for ages and he is alway spot on in getting me resolve to my skin cancer issues. He is the BEST!

I was greeted in the examining room with a smiling nurse asking a couple questions. Then Dr. Duvall came and sat down in a chair smiling all the while.then he took a look at the little “mole” on my left breast, jumped up with a magical tool and popped out the strange growth.
