I arrived in time to complete my paperwork. Then it I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. When I was taken to the exam room, the nurse came in and asked me a few questios, then another 30 minute wait before seeing the doctor which took about 10 minutes.

I've had a number of occasions to see Dr. Duval over the years. He is an outstanding Dermatologist who has the ability to put patients at ease while communicating findings and the procedure needed to resolve any issues.

Things went very smooth with check in and going to the exam room. Wish i would have received papers summarizing my visit. With instructions on care for the spot. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Loud girl at the counter (no indoor voice at all), but otherwise greeted well. I've been a patient of Dr Duval for years, he's a wonderful medical professional!

Dr Bernardi is a very caring physician. He helped me solve a problem with itching skin. He asked me to come back for a check up and he looked to see if everything was all right, and it is. He advised me not to take the steroid unless I needed it - only the other ointment. So I’m going with that and have success.

My visit was a follow up on a prior diagnosis. I have been seeing Dr. Duvall for about 30 years and he is the best. He answers questions thoroughly and his removal of my occasional skin cancer has been effective. On 2 occasions he has referred me to a specialist that I was vey satisfied with. There have been some issues in the past with long wait times but that issue has been addressed and is no longer a problem.

When I made the appt. the receptionist was very unfriendly on the phone. When I arrived in person I could tell it was the same person because she was very short and used a bad tone of voice with me. She was impatient because I didn't understand something, just unfriendly.
