I arrived 40 minutes early (my fault) and they were able to see me much earlier than my appointment. Dr. Duvall was great, as usual. His staff is so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the office is very cold and patients are told to strip down.

I felt like I was being scolded by the secretary checking me in at the front desk. She said you're late I left you a message this morning you were supposed to be here a half hour ago. I explained to her as you can see I don't get around good and I cannot find a parking spot that's why I'm late. She was very rude.
