We have been going here to almost 10 years and we absolutely love Dr. Black and the staff. We moved to Orange Park about 5 years ago and we continue to call Mandarin Pediatrics home! Thank you for the excellent service over the years!

We love our doctor (Dr. Virginia Black). The office staff are kind and helpful. The location is also good for us. They work to get us scheduled and are understanding. Insurance works well with their practice. I can't really say there's anything I don't like about the practice.

The care or rather the lack of care given resulted in my child becoming so sick that after days of fever they required multiple prescriptions instead of one. Dr. Black was condescending during our appointment which is a pattern. Retraining on bedside manner should be considered. My child is scared of her as they do not like her tone which has not happened with any other provider. I will take my child to urgent care if Dr. Black is the only provider who's available in the future. She should not see pediatric patients. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Staff is always friendly! Very personable! I love that the doctors take their time with patients to discuss care options. I never feel rushed as if my children are just a number. You can see how much they truly care for their patients.

We've been apart of Mandarin pediatrics ever since we moved here almost 7yrs ago. A family friend recommended the practice and couldn't be happier. Whenever I've had a concern or needed to work out my thoughts their team has been wonderful. Dr. Virginia Black has taken incredible care of my two kids with compassion, kindness, humor, and knowledge. Thank you!
