Veronica answers all of my questions, and offers additional information and suggestions. I never feel rushed. She is very thorough in discussing new medications, what to expect, and any possible side affects. When I leave I feel that I know how and when to follow up. She has a very warm manner.

This was an initial consult/physical due to transfer to the Janesville site. Veronica asked questions as she reviewed my chart, discussed my concerns, offered recommendations, and set a plan for follow-up. I felt that she was engaged, and that she did not feel she had to rush through our consult. She asked if I had any questions about the planned follow-up.
