This was an initial consult/physical due to transfer to the Janesville site. Veronica asked questions as she reviewed my chart, discussed my concerns, offered recommendations, and set a plan for follow-up. I felt that she was engaged, and that she did not feel she had to rush through our consult. She asked if I had any questions about the planned follow-up.

Again she was very nice, but didn't do anything about the issues I spoke to her about. Except ordering me some things I asked for
