It is always a pleasure to see the doctor. She's so experienced and knowledgeable and her staff works very hard to see that you are made comfortable and well aware of what's going on.. they are very courteous and helpful. The doctor makes one feel comfortable as you possibly can and talks you through. Everything never seems rushed and answers any questions that you may have

The nurse and doctor was really excellent and was very calming. My son was nervous about the [ ] and they both made him feel comfortable! I also had to cancel my son’s [ ]. The next available appointment was [ ]. I was put on a [ ]. The receptionist called me within two days for an open availability! She was awesome as well. The best experience in a doctor’s office. Thank you!

Dr Veras is really good at what she does, and has superb patient interaction skills. I actually enjoyed the assessment process with her and her trainee.

I see Dr. Veras Mena for her role as an Immunologist, but have also had a long and complex history of allergies. Dr. Veras was able to diagnose my immune disease and quickly educated my wife and I in the implications on immune disorders and treatment alternatives. She was solid and supportive in her recommendations and support. Each time I visit her office I am greeted by her staff with open pleasure, and Dr. Veras never fails to leave me feeling like a valued friend as well as a patient.

Dr. Veras is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable physician. She is very helpful with her suggestions for my care, and handles my questions logically and with good information. She seems quite familiar with the broad scope of my health profile, and keeps these other issues in mind when discussing possible recommendations for me. I think she is one of the best doctors I know (after a career in health care myself), and I think she is outstanding when I compare her to Lee Health's core values.

Always an amazing experience for my family. Only one of our children is seen by this practice, yet all my children love going. They are all treated so well by doctor and staff. The kids actually look forward to this visit.

I want to sincerely commend Dr. Veras for her exceptional compassion and remarkable follow-through in managing my care. From our very first appointment, she emphasized that MyChart would be an effective way to communicate with her, and she has truly followed through on that promise. The first time I messaged her, she personally returned my call within 15 minutes. The second time, I received a call back from her staff within five minutes to schedule an appointment. That level of responsiveness is nothing short of outstanding, especially considering that most patients would be pleased simply to receive a reply within the same day. While I fully understand that such quick responses may not always be possible, the consistency and timeliness of her communication is truly commendable. Dr. Veras has approached my [ ] with both urgency and compassion. This level of care sets a high bar and reflects incredibly well on both Dr. Veras and the entire clinic. Thank you!
