Dr Veras and her medical assistant are always super attentive and very good at listening to my medical concerns and/or questions. Dr Veras also looks at my overall medical issues, not just my asthma. That is the key to continued health.

Everyone was wonderful...the woman at the front desk, the nurse, the resident and the doctor all were "efficient" but not rushed during the visit.

The service from Dr. Laura Veras Mena's office was outstanding from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. The entire team including the front office staff (at check in), to the nurse(s), and Dr. Laura Veras Mena herself, was outstanding. Everyone took the time to be very helpful and make sure I understood everything. Dr. Laura Veras Mena spent a lot if time with me explaining everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to make certain I was comfortable. Thank you to the entire team!

I reside in St. Louis during the late spring, summer, and early fall. I reside in Estero the rest of the year. Therefore I'm potentially exposed to different allergens in each place, and may require different care at each place. As a result Dr. Veras listened to my description of history of symptoms and treatments and proposed a strategy moving forward with which I am comfortable. As a result I am very confident that whatever happens, we are prepared to treat my symptoms.

Dr. Veras truly went above and beyond during my visit. I had scheduled a follow up visit to discuss treatment options for my skin condition, and was met with truly the most compassionate and caring provider I have ever met. She spent much more time with me than I have experienced with other providers, and explained everything regarding my care to an expert degree. I truly could not have had a better experience.

Dr. Spent a lot of time addressing my issues and discussing with me. She Is very pleasant with a wonderful bedside manner. I told my husband that I got a good doctor and was very impressed. The nurse that checked my vitals and did the scratch test was also amazing. I don't remember her name.

Dr. Laura Veras Mena was so attentive and concerned about my condition. In my opinion she goes above and beyond to make sure to inform doctors and emergency rooms are aware how to treat patients with this rare condition.

Living with Chronic Urticaria & Angioedema hasn't been easy - the hives, swelling, and discomfort once made me feel so insecure and in pain. But everything changed thanks to Dr. Mena at Lee Health Allergy & Immunology in Estero After switching from another provider who didn't quite listen to my concerns, my PCP connected me with Dr. Mena, and it's been life-changing! Her expertise and care have truly helped reduce my reactions - the monthly shots have made such a difference! She is the absolute best along with her team.
