Dr was knowledgeable and caring, even providing physical assistance to help me keep my balance. She was prompt and explained things as she went through the exam

My former GYN retired, Dr Valero seems to be from the first visit all I could wish for in Dr [ ] s replacement. She not only explained old films but gave me clear and precise details on the path forward. What may be necessary and why. She was thoughtful and most importantly treated me as an individual not another patient. She is and will be the physician all women hope they get for their OB/Gyn

Dr Valero is absolutely amazing. The care she exhibits during visits helps make my experience manageable. As a survivor of childhood sexual trauma, that was shared with Dr Valero to provide a framework and greater understanding of my past, she has made EVERY visit as comfortable as possible. I had a recent D&C surgery that very unexpectedly triggered PTSD from past trauma. This was shared with Dr Valero who took the time to help me continue to process the event in a positive way. Because of that, I have given her my permission to use my story to help other women who may find themselves in the same situation. She is perfect for me and I am grateful to have her as my OB-GYN.

Dr. Valero was an absolute sweetheart. I was ready to defensively advocate for myself as I've had to do with SO many doctors. With her, there was no need. She listened, she cared, she was knowledgeable and courteous. She is the FIRST female OBGYN I have ever felt comfortable with and not dismissed by. She made sure to address my concerns, validate my feelings and fears and offer solutions that are actually helpful. She is a gem and I would love to see her again. Thank you Dr. Valero for everything you do and for being a genuine human being.

First visit with Dr. Valero, and it went very well. Also, the nurse who took me back asked if I'd like to stop in the restroom first. Appreciated that. Often need to make that request myself

Dr Valero was very professional and yet made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She listened to my concerns and I knew she genuinely cared about my well being.

Dr Valero is absolutely amazing. I come from a background of [ ] and only have had 2 OB/Gyn doctors in 40 years, both [ ]. Because of that, change is horribly difficult and it took me a long time to find Dr Valero. From the start, she was kind and compassionate, infinitely patient with me, making sure I was completely comfortable. And now that there are concerning issues, she has been very reassuring, listening to my concerns without bias, making sure all my questions and those concerns are addressed thoroughly. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and that helps put me at ease when I need to see her. Lee Health is very fortunate to have her as part of their LPG staff.

The intake nurse(I forgot her name, sorry)was amazing. She took her time in making sure my [ ] was accurate from previous visit notes/information. She was very welcoming and personable. Doctor Valero listened, explained her opinion on my questions/concerns and I felt heard and extremely comfortable.
