Both the medical assistant, as well as the nurse practitioner were outstanding and answered all our questions and showed concern for everything. You're fortunate to have such great staff!

Carmen is a great asset to Lee Health. Our initial visit was very thorough and in no at hurried. Neglected to mention a required a refill and Carmen took care of it on a Sunday. Service above and beyond.

From checking in to checking out everyone was courteous and professional! Dani was very nice and made me feel at ease. Carmen was great. Easy to talk to and addressed my concerns in a professional manner.

Dr Ursitti was very detailed in her explanations and helped me understand a new diagnosis and made sure I have everything I need to get better. She made me feel like a person and not just another patient or number.

Everyone that I met was very nice and very polite. And the nurse practitioner Carmen was excellent the type of person that if you need to go to the doctors, she is the one that you would want to see!!!

NP Ursitti listened carefully to my concerns, suggested follow up plans and showed empathy. She spoke in a clear and concise tone and was easily to talk with. I believe beyond her knowledge she embodies good bedside manner! Very happy to have her spearheading my health. Danielle the nurse was also polite easy to talk to and showed good efficiency. You have a great team there.

Carmen in Transition Services was outstanding. I also saw Solimar [ ] MD in Complex Care Center 3/30/26 who was exceedingly helpful. Both providers spent time and effort to understand my situation. The overall concept of the Complex Care Center is amazing, smooth and well thought out. I now have a primary through them with LPG. I am impressed!

I was delighted by the attention and carethe nurse, the doctor, the pharmacist, the ultrasound tech/dr. Everyone was patience, spent time with me, answered my questions, made me less anxious.
