I have to say that this is my first visit to a primary care office since moving here and I have done nothing but rave about my experience there with the staff with the provider Carmen! Felt so welcomed and taken care of by all aspects after my appointment, I would highly highly recommend Carmen and the practice to anyone

Carmen Ursitti IS EXCEPTIONAL! What an asset. As a retired hospital administrator I am conscientious about my providers and care. She is the perfect trifector- knowledgeable, great listener and effective communicator.

I was very welcomed the moment I walked in. I just moved to Babcock and really was made to feel very welcomed and valued. I was looking for what I had in Orlando for the past 16 years and I feel I have made the right choices.
