Not only is Carmen a great NP but Becky the nurse was awesome. She listened, smiled and made sure my request were handled. Front office ladies were welcoming

Everyone was very kind, everything moved along quite efficiently. Carmen, did an amazing job calming my Nerves as I do not like the doctors office very much and at other groups have had bad experiences.

Carmen is a great asset to Lee Health. Our initial visit was very thorough and in no at hurried. Neglected to mention a required a refill and Carmen took care of it on a Sunday. Service above and beyond.

Dr Ursitti was very detailed in her explanations and helped me understand a new diagnosis and made sure I have everything I need to get better. She made me feel like a person and not just another patient or number.

Everyone that I met was very nice and very polite. And the nurse practitioner Carmen was excellent the type of person that if you need to go to the doctors, she is the one that you would want to see!!!
