Outstanding Performance: Katy, our female medical assistant was very professional, courteous , enthusiastic and kind. This is also true of Jessica’s Tyler. Thank you so much. It meant so much to us that my wife, Susan was in tears of relief in speaking with Jessica. Her guidance is just what we needed.

All was excellent but the ability to schedule appointments in a reasonable time with the Doctor is a big disappointment and problem.

Jessica was very patient in responding to my questions. My time with her, in consultation, never felt rushed. The support staff was very good, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Yes 2 people. 1st Kate medical assistant was above and beyond a 1st class employee. Her personal attention to me was beyond what I would expect. I am sure other patients would feel the same. I can't say enough about her. 2nd Jessica was so thorough, She took the time to explain things to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel listened to. I came out of there feeling so confident in Jessica. She is a great example of a fantastic PA. Cardiology should be so thankful to have these two employees. Thank you Jessica and Kate!🌻

It is very hard for me to trust doctors. She is amazing and trust her with my life. Just an amazing staff everyone there is awesome. Normally I am nervous going to see a doctor I am not that way at all. If there was a such thing as magical this place and the staff would fit that definition.

jessica and assistant very caring and calm attitude. dominick in scheduling very good. called to cancel my appt and when i explained my primary dr ordered holter monitor which was prior to cadio appt, he said he would chk with supervisor . my cardio appt was kept for [ ].

I live near the Coconut point facility and I really dislike driving to Fort Myers. While there, I am always impressed with the professionalism and pleasantness of everyone I encounter. It makes the trip there so worthwhile. Good job everyone! Thank you for superb care!

Jessica Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. She is an asset to Lee Health Cardiology. Also the Nurse who called me in took my vitals and did and EKG was outstanding and helpful. Sorry I don’t remember her name.
