From entry until exit, a very satisfactory doctor visit experienced at all levels of service from check in, physician’s assistant, Dr House’s exam and review, and final checkout. Appointment take in prompt and efficient process. Make my wife and I feel like family and cared for.

Ok.. i learned a valuable lesson on which medical health team to depend on. It’s all about health insurance. Since about Y2K.. i have been under United Healthcare medical insurance both as an employee and now as a retiree. My insurance plan has an open enrollment period every October where i can stay with UHC or switch to Anthem Blue Cross. There’s been a lot of “talk” about dependable health insurance and certain associated costs. For the 2025 use year i had a choice between UHC for $80 per month or Anthem Blue Cross for $20.. guess which I chose! Anthem Blue Cross and i as a result i d=had to switch my primary doctor to another medical primary group. I was cared for by the primary doctor i used, but i needed certain dermatology care and it was difficult finding a dermatologist who accepted Anthem Blue Cross or any Blue Cross for that mater.. so during the open enrollment for 2026 i selected (back) ro UHC and was able to establish myself with my regular primary doctor in the Baptist primary doctor group. I learned not to take my primary doctor group for granted and in fact i was being very well cared for including referrals! I intend to stay with UHC and the Baptist Medical group!
